I managed to withdraw on a big bonus, on the 31/12. I have not been paid despite contacting and getting a reply from Nicolas. What are you doing with this casino Nicolas.

BetPhoenix live chat has kept me waiting for 25+ minutes....just auto response that all operators are busy helping other people.

My w/d shows as requested, but no action taken so far.......trying to get an update.

In my dealings with them, it took 5 days before they would start processing my payments. I closed my account months back after some acrimony between the casino, Nicholas and I so I don't know if they have changed their pending timeframe or not.

Hope you all get paid soon.

The general state of things is such that it would not surprise me if Nicolas felt he'd rather not respond. What could he really say? It's just a can of worms. I feel for the guy and I have a feeling that he is not the person accountable to us for the way things are, the way his upper management chooses to run the business end. He would be better suited to a better casino.

I took the same bonus and got it up to over $4000 and of course they told me I can only take $975 and I'm still waiting on that since the 7th. They said it takes 7 to 10 days to process. I have gotten 5 cashouts with clubworld equaling more than what I am still waiting for. I hope we both get our money. Anyone know the casinos that cashout out in a day or two???

No, I wasn't trying to put any money IN --- just played a free tourney and wanted to check on the status of my pending withdrawal. But I am only on business day 3 following my w/d request so I don't expect anything until late next week at the earliest or maybe never. But I will remain slightly optimistic until I know for sure. As of right now this is my first withdrawal attempt.

Will see how it plays out.
