Need a virtual visa card

Guys , i need a virtual instant virtual visa card solutions ( other than entropay ,or westernunion visa cards) that i can fund with my american master card it does not work no casino, and i m not in the usa and i cant use qtender and such). as i m now in a juristiction i cant buy vouchers . i found something bulgarian seem trusted but , i coulnt do an english form . thanks
