Apparently it is sister to City Club and Crown Europe.

Anyway, I found a doozie in the welcome bonus terms which might escape your notice as it nearly did mine:

If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void. Any withdrawal request will cause in the voiding of the bonus. In other words you can request for a withdrawal only when your balance is higher then the bonus awarded. You will not be able to reclaim the bonus again upon cancellation of such withdrawal request.

•This bonus is given in good faith by CCity Tower Casino in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your deposit.

Needless to say they won't be seeing any of my cash.
