Club World Group and Cashout Delays?

    Hey guys,

This is more of a question for the Club World rep here and definitely not a complaint but when I have requested a withdrawl in the past, Club World has always at least acknowledged it by the next day. Often times it takes a few days to get the money in my acct but they at least process the withdrawl next day. I recently requested a small payout, about 3-4 days ago and it's still sitting pending in my account. When I contacted live help they told me it was because of a snowstorm and no cashiers could come in. Does this seem a little bit off to anyone else? Normally Club World is top notch at cashouts and I find it a bit suprising that they are unable to find anyone to do their cashouts. Can the Club World Rep comment on when this will be fixed and why no one has taken care of pending withdrawls yet? They clearly have the manpower to process deposites? What's going on?

Thank you for your time and again this is not a complaint yet but rather a question.

A snow storm being the cause of a cashout delay is not all that far fetched. PM the rep here and I bet he will be able to help you.

Right, that's what i figured, and like I said I wasn't pointing fingers yet because Club World is so unbeleivably good about it usually. Just wanted to get a clearer idea when they would be able to process. Thanks!

I think Club World "back office" is in the UK, and if this is so, this is actually a VALID excuse, despite the fact it looks rather far fetched.

Many parts of the UK have been "snowed in" since the end of November. Worst hit has been Scotland, the East coast, the West coast, Wales, and Southern England. Many businesses have had many workers not turn up, and processing a cashout is NOT what the authorities would consider an "essential service", even though the businesses might.

Fewer staff means longer waits for customers. Many online stores have simply stopped taking orders in order to catch up on the backlog.

Yeah thanks and I have heard news of the storms in the UK being absolutely horrible. Peoples' well being is far more important than cashouts so hope that all are safe over there. Guess Ill just have to be a bit more patient but was hoping to get that money for Xmas shopping since it is around the corner eh?

It may not be anywhere near as cold as in the US or Canada, but when that cold air comes, it first has to cross a fair bit of WARM SEA, which is where all the snow comes from.
A similar thing happens near the Great Lakes when cold northerlies bring very cold air from Canada over relatively warm lake water, and dumps the resulting snow in places like Chicago, known as "lake effect snow".

Depending on how fast the banks work, you may still have the money in time. The snow has eased off a little today, and it was mainly the South West that got it yesterday.

You had better pray the CWC offices are not in "the Midlands" though

at least they didnt give me this excuse. my cashout was declined at allstarslots for a reason even live chat staff was unable to answer. maybe their fingers were too frost-bitten to handle the withdrawal.

It was only a matter of time before this thread was hijacked by those with an agenda.

E.g. I'm sure justplay has a cashout pending at CW, which is why they want more details. Of course, I mean it wouldn't be to kick off another CW bashfest or anything .....

WTF are you talking about? I don't play at CW I play at High Noon, and don't believe I have cashed out since my big hit you fucking moron.

Add...I don't bashfest, I state my opinion. I can of course play somewhere and still think they were in the wrong.
