wanted to read new comments on delays as per "todays posts".
unfortunately, once again the comments have nothing to do with the topic of the category.
It is getting difficult to find "useful", "helpful" information on this website, ticks me off.![]()

I so totally agree with the above posts. Enough is enough.
I think it's just another of those phases the forum appears to go through occasionally.
These seem to clear the air, but the process does tend to get a little wearing with too much introspection, whingeing and backbiting instead of constructive and relevant exchanges of information.

I want to apologize for my part in the derailment/dissention. I was trying to give the person some helpful insight, but apparently that wasn't the type of "advice" they were looking for.![]()
I have recommended to Bryan that he installs the thread kicker mod to the forum. I hope he does, as then any member of the community that threadjacks or is purposefully disruptive in any one thread can then be banned from said thread.
These petty squabbles are not productive and are tiresome. We are all adults, please can we therefore act like adults.![]()

I still don't think you are getting the message: to see stuff you don't like and get mad and then respond in accordance with the Forum Rules is generally safe and acceptable; to see stuff you don't like and get mad and then respond the way you did is not acceptable. The point being that your anger etc etc is no justification for your flaming. It may be the reason for your flaming but it neither justifies nor excuses it.
If you see something on the forums that you think is a violation of the Forum Rules then use the 'Report Post' feature --... I see Nifty breaking these rules:
-- and we'll look into it. If we agree that something needs to be done we'll deal with it.
You are mistaken. Nifty has received his fair share of warnings (public and private), even a temporary ban once if I'm remembering correctly. His type and him in particular doesn't get anything nagative from you or miester and its just wrong of you to say anything to others but not to him.
I'm not sure what you mean by "his type" but we don't administer the board by "types", cases are dealt with individually.
Actually I have to disagree once again. In general Nifty doesn't "start things" very often at all. What he often does is respond to things he sees on the forums. Does he do this in a provocative way? Yeah, sometimes. Is that a violation of the Forum Rules? Not usually, no.... he starts these things then sits back and watches others get scolded.
If what you're really saying is "I don't like Nifty, you should put a muzzle on him" then no, you're not likely to receive satisfaction in that regard any time soon. Point to the Rules violations -- in other words hard and specific evidence -- and something will be done. Wave your hands, speak in generalities and personal dislikes and you'll find us a little reluctant to take up the torch and mete out the sort of punishments you are apparently looking for. And rightly so because that would be no way to manage these forums. Not in this case nor any other like it.
No offense but a little more backbone might be in order here. "Grow up" is neither harassment nor an insult, IMO, and if it was intended to belittle then it's pretty mild stuff. His post told me to "grow up" for example. Is that not belittling, insulting and harrassing?
Not to put too fine a point on this but if that's the worst thing you have on the guy then you are being overly sensitive. Stick around a while and you'll learn that letting things like that pass is not only possible but also advisable. Besides, maybe he's got a point. Could happen.
"Insulting", yeah could be, but you'll find that he's not the only one thinking there's something not quite right about you and your claims to be a newbie here so maybe he's got a valid point. In which case he is making an accusation based on his experience here on the forums, considerably greater experience than yours I might add. Tactless he may have been but for you to respond with "retarded", "a horses a_ _", "moron", "ignoramous", "wierdo" and "a_ _ hole" is totally out of proportion, inappropriate, and unacceptable: he stepped on your toes, you threw a major wobbler and had a foul-mouthed and abusive hissy fit. One of these things is not like the other. His post "basically" called me a liar and he implied that I was not being honest about my motive or post. Is that not insulting and harrassing?
As I've said, if and when that happens Report it. If he's out of line we'll deal with it.Was not the total tone of his entire post belittling and harrassing and insulting and inciting? ... he is rude and makes me out to be a liar.
Sorry to hear that. However, given your behaviour thus far some of us may be thinking that the feeling is mutual. Nevertheless, please feel free to take the actions I have described above if you think that will help. If that still isn't satisfactory then I suggest you either take it up with Casinomeister or find somewhere better suited to your tastes.... My first impression of this place and my first impresson left is very poor.
With that said I think we've pretty much killed this thread. If anyone wants to contribute to the original topic let me know. Otherwise this thread is dead.
