    Consider this "A close shave".

It is now CLEAR that they thought you were cheating somehow, but found nothing when they investigated.

Now, although they found nothing, they are clearly STILL of the opinion that they didn't CATCH you this time, rather than that you were not cheating.

Now is the time to clear out your account. They have dropped a ready made reason in your lap. You are a high roller, but they are no longer prepared to let you play at this level, so you have now found a different casino willing to let you bet big, so are taking your money there.

Maybe not all at once, just enough to reduce your balance to something more suited to the new bet limits, making them think you are still prepared to at least try with the new limits.

Later, just tell them it was no fun at such low bets.

Just DON'T pick a fight whilst they still have your money, as they might reopen the investigation.

I would do as all the others have said davidblue, time to move on. Get your money out of there as quick as you can and move on.

There are a few other casinos that I would classify as way better than Bet365 to go to.

Personally I think Bet365 are crooks, but that is just my opinion from my experience with them in the past.

Why all these supposedly reputed outfits making such hasty and detrimental decisions?

I am astonished that this is happening. If the OP lost, there was no way that the maximums would have been reduced. Its unethical behaviour.

There's something I don't understand, how can someone cheat at online blackjack?
Shouldn't be Bet365 interest to keep the players playing as the more the play the more they lose?

I'd be initiating a withdrawal if I was the OP.

I've always had nice things to say about Bet365, but I'm really surprised by their actions in this case.

No email to alert the player that security checks were completed. No reply to an email. No explanation and lowering bet limits twice! $50 a hand for someone that's been playing $1000 is a slap in the face IMO.

My biggest complaint about Bet365 has been poor bonuses for low rollers. Support has told me that they are higher for larger players. But it doesn't look much like they want high rollers either!

Congratulations to the OP for having to make such a substantial withdrawal!

PS... did you ever take my suggestion to contact the rep here? If so, did you receive any response?

This really sucks mate. I echo what everyone else has said and would move on.

Bet365 does have a history of cutting limits, especially in sports betting.

I didn't contact the bet365 rep here because I found he/she is an affiliate manager. And there is no need to do that now as they now have finished the security check and the max bet limit is not very likely to change.

    Thank you anyway,Jasminebed.
