They have a 24 hour no-flush reversetime (unless you're a VIP), after that is done it usually takes no more than 24 hours to receive your payment.

My last 2 withdrawls to Neteller were paid within 48 hours from the moment I hit the cashout button.

But they don't process on weekends..
