    Minor Review of 3Dice

    imagesCALWHZ1X.jpg

I wasn't too impressed to be honest.

This place has all the frills + more.
You can even have a casual chat with the manager 'enzo' on the global chat client. Other places you have to beg to see the manager and even then they sometimes say no.
Internet radio, English speaking staff, awards from CM, user friendly software, etc.
3Dice are on a different level when it comes to customer service. Best I have seen yet.

But, the hard core gamblers may want to pass by this place as 3Dice are much less generous with their payouts/bonuses in comparison with their internet counterparts. This follows the trend that I have observed with B&M casinos. The bigger casinos are less generous to their clientele in comparison with the smaller casinos.

Think that about sums it up. You either hit pretty big or get r@ped. Some of my latter sessions when I played there were brutal.

Pretty accurate review, imo. The reason I like 3Dice so much isn't necessarily for the games, but for the fact that their support actually seem like real people (and cool ones, at that), and I know I'll get paid. I trust them way more than I trust any RTG, accredited or not.

Its baffling to me when the only good thing people can say about 3D is their quick payouts and great customer service ( which are both true) , but the slot payouts are absolutely horrific. How people can continually deposit based on those 2 qualities alone is beyond me. Worst payouts ever hands down.

He put it very nicely....this is one player that doesn't "chat" while playing (online, at my local B & M, whatever). After more than my usual deposits when trying out a casino I uninstalled a couple years ago and never looked back.

I know, I get a good chuckle out of that. Wow, great customer service and quick payouts, (neither of which I look for when playing at a casino) I better deposit all my money there. There are so many other casinos to play at and actually have "playtime" or "hit-time".

All I will say is 776 spins on Industria with no features or decent line wins, 51% Rtp made me a beleiver, tho' customer service was very nice but nice doesnt make an enjoyable time at any casino, guess I need to be on chat more, seems thats where all the winners hang imo

Its not often I get to play there, long gone are the many thousands I would spend there in the past, even throwing free tourneys but its not what you deposited in the past that counts, its what have you deposited lately.

I will say Enzo and Anna did put in a comp for such a bad loss, thought these slots had to maintain a certain % on payouts.

Just having a bad personal day and will regret posting this later but the truth is the truth, right?

I get why customer service counts for so much. It's a sad fact that the bigger any business gets, the more unimaginative, "by the book" kind of managers they have to hire, and then things start going downhill. 3D is kinda like going to your local hardware store instead of home depot. More expensive, but much better service. I think there's a place for that and I'm glad to see them growing.

I am such a believer in 3dice that I don't play anywhere else anymore!! They have always taken care of me when I've had bad losses. I've had some pretty decent wins too and they're super fast at paying out. Enzo, Anna, Andrea, Ellen, Karen, Lance and Jared always make it a fun place to play whether you're playing in real or tourney mode.
