In the last year....

In the last year we have "witnessed" casinos coming up with new terminology in which has been used to "screw" players out of winnings. We've learned about (and I know I will probably leave out a few "goodies"):
Advantage players
Negative value players
players who abuse the "spirit of the bonus"
Bonus abusers
players who abuse the "spirit of fair play"

We've also "witnessed" players being "screwed" out of winnings due to sloppily written T&Cs. We've "witnessed" players being "screwed" out of winnings due to a bonus a casino offered, but OOPS, was worded incorrectly, so in the "spirit of fairness" the casino has reneged on all winnings.

Soooo, maybe we, as a community, can come up with our OWN terminology for accreditted casinos who exhibit "roguish" behaviour. (No casino name revealing allowed...)
Such as: Casino A has T&Cs which abuses the "spirit of the player"
or;
Casino B offers bonuses which can classify it as an "advantage casino"
or;
Casino C will renege on bonuses/winnings which are deemed "negative value" towards the casino

Any creative suggestions out there?
