Back to the Future IV (with 5Dimes)

After reading some posts here on Casinomeister about 5Dimes not displaying payout% and having regular checks for consistecy.
And after reading some notes on Beating Bonuses about players having suspicions about the randomness of their software.
I decided to do my own personal investigation of 5Dimes to clear things up.
With the strong arm of Mr. Shackleford I was able to get in to speak to the general manager 'Tony.'
And asked him to provide me with some documentation that displays their recent payout percentages:

Tony: i could tell you what it is, but if you really don't trust in the software, i'm not sure why you would trust in my word
Tony: provide me with your e-mail address and i'll have those #'s e-mailed to you

I'll get to the bottom of this. I do not believe my suspicions are uncalled for. It has been about 8 years since any checks for consistency have been done
and they have never as far as I know displayed their payout %.

Also, can anyone provide me with the reason why 5Dimes isn't accredited here?

My investigation seems to be making progress.
I was emailed screenshots of 5Dimes payout % for their Slots & VP.
I had a few questions relating to some of the interpretation of the tables which I am still waiting for a reply on.
So far from what I have seen, it all seems to fall into the expected norms e.g. Slots ~96% return, etc.
They assure me that they will be auditing during January next year.
I am unsure if they will display the results to the public but I am assuming they will.

Exactly how it turned out.

It was easy to get in contact with Tony through the live help at 5Dimes.
He agreed to provide me with the payout percentages from the slots and the video poker from the bonus casino at 5Dimes from the period of January the 1st 2010 up till now.
He mentioned a 3rd party monitor, someone who was "most highly regarding one" as he put it, has been hired to check the payouts of the casino games.
An email arrived a few hours later with screenshots of the administrations records of the payout percentages for the period in question.
The results seemed to fall in line with the expected norms for the type of games.
Total for slots was ~96% payout percentage.
Total for video poker was ~98.5% payout percentage.
I did however have a few questions about the interpretation of the charts.
One of them was the definition of ‘hold %’
This question and a few others were cleared up by email.
I am now fully satisfied with 5Dimes, after this post I will more than likely make my first deposit and start playing.

Let’s face it; there are a lot of online casinos out there who would rather steal your money than let you walk out ahead. This industry is filled with criminals. You have to use caution or you’re going to be cheated.

Sorry, no offense, but no one should take you seriously if you have believe what Tony tells you.

He has a history of going off on players, comparing himself to God, banning players, etc etc.
