I thought I would take up the 100% bonus offer for Blackjack at High Noon casino and after a bit of trouble trying to deposit the maximum $500 I got stuck in playing. The play through is $50000, which I got through in a few days playing the max per hand. After the playthrough I had a balance of $2437+ so I stopped playing for a day or so. When I came back I and played some more I noticed straight away that I no longer got any Blackjacks and my cards on the main seemed to be hands of 12-16 almost without fail, every now and then I would win with a 20 hand, the dealer very rarely busted. I decided to play the minimum bet of $1 for 2000 hands. In those 2000 hands I lost more than 1700 of them and got BJ twice (I recorded every hand). In this time my balance went from $2437 to $1000. This was interesting in that while I was playing through the deposit requirements I got many more BJs and a lot more hands of 20 and the dealer busted on a regular basis which I find is normal in truly random play.

Anyone who tells me that they have not thrown the "switch" and the sample is not big enough can go jump. I am not that stupid.

Now I am just trying to get my $1000 which they say I can withdraw after I have sent in my life story and documented my last 20 years of life. (Kidding, but it feels like that, with all the documents I have to submit to be able to withdraw).

I don't think there is a switch at ClubWorld Casinos (the parent company of HighNoon). But, I will agree, runs are the only way I ever win at any Real Time Gaming blackjack table, and unless my luck starts with my first hand, and I pull out when it turns bad, I don't have any runs that are good. I have never felt that RTG blackjack is random. At the very least, the dealer always shows his higher of the two cards, it seems. (A further advantage is casued bc of staying on many marginal starts when the dealer shows a bust, I hit and bust out before they even have to act) But I have very little proof. Zero in fact. And so, I would tell ya, "stay the hell away from their blackjack." What else is there to say? They pay out fairly quick once ur verified, and they will give a depositing player a bonus of 50-65 percent of the most recent bonus-free-deposit almost every time. (Usually comes with a 10x playthru/10x max cash out)

I used to feel there was a switch there on the free chips... My first many w/d's were always on the free chips. Never on the straight deposits. It's still pretty much that way. But I think it had more to do with my impulse control... In fact, I have often thought, if they would remove the max cashout from the TOS on free chips given to me, I would probably cashout less times, even if when I did it was for slightly more. Because I would chase. Then be unhappy with my new amount. Attempt to get back to 'high water mark' and lose it all.

Actually, that house strategy is fool proof versus me. Just ask Villento brands. I just last Tuesday turned my 40 free spins, which paid $11 something, into $945 when the I first checked to see if I was thru the playthru (Obvi. I was) I cashed out at $500. Went to bed, woke up. SSS. Reverse $25, $50, $125, $300. Poof, time for work. If they had a max cashout of lets says $250, I would played that same way, 'cept when I was playing the balance down for loyalty points, down to max amount, I woulda stopped at $250...

Whats my point? IDk... Oh yeah, the switch. If ever there was a switch, it would be at the rivals, or at these new, US facing Level Eleven MGS clones. I am hot, rarely, and not the other 90 percent of the time, but there is no in between.

And so, even when I recognize the patterns, I for one, still have trouble getting away from the obvious trap. I don't think it even takes a switch for me to lose my BR on the casino side; it just takes a 'never say die' attitude from me, and a lil high variance outcome from the games, and the casinos get to keep their lights on...

You "losing" that often does not mean the dealer WON that often, since you get quite a few pushes in Blackjack.

On the Wizard Of Odds site, there are methods to calculate the likelihood of such runs in a game, and how many standard deviations they vary from chance. You need a fairly high "standard deviation" for your session in order to suggest it was not just chance. The rules of the particular blackjack game DO matter, and you should check your play against the relevant strategy chart.

In 2000 hands, your balance went from $2437 to $1000, and your bet was $1. You therefore lost 1437 units in 2000 hands, this looks pretty bad indeed, and worthy of further analysis.

This analysis might show that you played poorly, and lost far more than you would have done had you played perfect strategy.

I was using a mild variation of perfect strategy, not hitting 12 or 13, and on checking my stats, I got 3 pushes in the 2000 hands. The dealer got 20 and 21 1680 times.

Prior to the 2000 hands I got what I would call a normal variance with random draws and felt that it was playing correctly.

That's VERY suspicious. Dealer 20 or 21 has NOTHING to do with how YOU play, and should not happen 1680 times out of 2000 hands.

How about submitting this to the Wizard, maybe as one of his "Ask the Wizard" questions.

If those number are correct there is actually no doubt that the game was not random . Ask for a detailed play history .

pretty sure the OP's numbers are next to impossible in a random setting... So IMHO, they are not accurate stats from any session at High Noon Casino...

However, my personal experience would suggest that the following claim, though mathematically correct, is not corollary with the amount of times I see, for example, the dealer start with 20 at rtgs. This was taken from a thread at 2+2.

Ok, granted the scope is different and the sample base is a little different. But the point I am trying to make is, its not exactly likely to happen. Ever. Not in the history of nor the future of mankind. And CWC's are awesome about sending reports of BJ hands for instance. Here look at a sample I had sent from CWC, its roughly 120 hands of low level BJ...

Its not a well played session nor a nice one to look at, but I think it shows, that at least to me, over a very small sample, they are fair...
