32Red mystry bonus ?

This is not a bash or complain against 32red they are 1st rate.

But strange thing last night got lucky from a few small neteller deposits.

Made withdraws total of £1470

Then a little later on after midnight made another for £30 to round it up to 1500.

Normally 32red pay back to neteller sometime mid morning. Anyway nothing at around 1pm so hit up live support.
They explained that the last withdraw of £30 was todays date and so it would be processed a little later today.

No probs. Then checked my neteller around 2pm and the £30 withdraw had hit my account. But the £1470 from yesterday was still pending.
Hit up Live CS again and said surly the earliest withdraw should be processed first and then the last withdraw for £30 later.

Then the C/S said a bonus was attatched to the £1470 . I Never took a bonus and with 32red you need to claim their bonuses normally. Anyway chat log below.

I never did get to know what bonus they are on about and i never saw one being added. He has said its on its way to neteller and as its 32red im not worried. But still strange. Again not a casino bash just I aint ever had this with 32red before. Would really love to hear what bonus/ and play through they are on about. I took the winter warmer bonuses early this week and bust out. So cant be that ?

Is it possible you have a pending game from when you were playing with a bonus? I had this problem once when I converted some comp points at Nedplay. According to CS I had a large WR to complete, even though it was supposed to be only a few hundred. Apparantly I had a pending game, so I was still tied to an old WR.

It could be from the Slotsmeister if you have ever registered. Your play could have placed you in the prizes. This can be checked on the thread for this promo.

The only other possibility is a mistake in the system. If there was no bonus balance when you cashed out, there can have been no bonus.

Remember also that one of the Winter Warmers was 100 free spins. The winnings from this would have been a "small bonus". This DID have to be claimed, but since you DID play this promo, it could have been this.

Ask Mark (the rep, or one of them), to have a look to see exactly what bonus this was.

It seems they are paying anyway, just delayed because of this bonus confusion. They generally pay fast back to Neteller. The pending period is a mere 6 hours, and you can ask for even this to be reduced if you have been verified, and are a loyal player.

lol...seems like Dom needed a cup of coffee. It was probably just a glitch - they said there was playthrough but "it's all sorted" so that seems like something on their end that showed a bonus when there wasn't. Or maybe they were talking about a bonus round?

Once I was playing with a bonus at an MG, I was already through my money and was at the end of the bonus $ and I was playing wealth spa - my last spin I was so disgusted I hit the spin button and left the game after the first two reels showed that I didn't win anything. I closed the casino and a week or so later when I deposited again I did it without a bonus, but when I went to withdraw I found out there was still a playthrough on my account! I was like huh? I had zero balance in my account - but it turns out that my last spin on Wealth spa the week before I had hit the bonus coin thingie and didn't play it - but because I hit that feature on bonus money, I had to play the feature and whatever winnings I got were still subject to WR. Weird.

No that cant be it as i did not take up any bonuses yesterday. and my balence was 0.14p then i deposited 35.00. the last bonus I took was a few days ago and since then I have made other deposits with no games pending.

Check the Slotmeister no didnt win any bonus there. And the winterwarmers free games played them days ago and what i won played and lost. They are normally really quick back to neteller but not today becuase of the bonus confusion.

Was this the 5th coin, where it is compulsory to take a feature. Coins 1 through 4 can be saved towards a better feature, so should not count.
It may be because you stopped on the spin that awarded the coin, and had not made the decision to continue saving coins.

Pending games do normally keep WR over, because your balance is not REALLY zero, it is "undefined" because there is a game pending - result unknown.

I had a relatively small withdrawal from 32Red earlier this week. I deposited using credit card but wanted to withdraw back to Neteller. Its what I requested, its what I wanted, but did they do it no lol So i queried them. In the interests of security and fraud prevention, the withdrawal was paid back via the depositing method. Ok fine seeing as it wasnt a large amount. But what if it was? If i won 20 grand there, would they still send it back to card?

You should be able to withdraw to whatever method you choose or else inform you at the time of cashout that this method isnt available at the very least. But they dont, nor do they inform you when a withdrawal is paid. I waited 3 days for it to show up in my neteller account only to query them when it hadent by email and to then be told the reason why.

Not very good really.
