Which casino websites - not download, actual opening page on the site for design, attractiveness, easy to navigate or simply catch your eye?

Come On casino is pretty much state of the art, great use of css and javascript. imho it is let down somewhat by annoying animated ads that are permanantly on screen whilst you play games.
