Bad at maths, and a "luddite" when it comes to technology too! "contact support for the bonus" is so 20th Century. They should have a "claims centre" like most other casinos have.

The recent raid of their support offices shows how they should try to depend LESS on their support team for routine functions.

Although many players steered clear during the crisis, those that decided to take the risk WANTED to play as normal, but could not proceed until support was able to credit the backlog of bonuses. The outage was lengthy, and must have cost them more in lost revenue than was already the case because of players deciding not to deposit until the crisis was over.
