    Some Moneybookers Questions

Hi I am new here from 'Beating Bonuses'

I am an Australilan who wants to play VP on 'Slotastic.'
But Slotastic has some crazy withdrawal fees; $30 for wire transfer.
So to avoid this I will pay via one of these methods:

    Instadebit
    EcoCard
    Moneybookers
    Neteller
    UseMyWallet
    Click to Pay

Anyone know which of the above has the cheapest fees?
I do believe that there will be some currency exchange going on as well because Slotastic uses American Dollar.

    Any help would be appreciated

Petro, I am using Moneybookers and I know for sure that they have a page where you can get all the info about fees. Not all the countries have same methods for deposit/withdrawal available and different methods carry different fees and TERMS. Read entire terms carefully before first transaction.

I`m satisfied with Moneybookers so far if everything is going smoothly. If You however have a problem they are slow, it can take up to 2 weeks for simple matter to be resolved and dont be surprised if they lock your account until that request is handled.

I dont know about other methods because I never needed them but I`m sure they too have a page where everything regarding the fees is explained in full. If some site doesnt offer full explanation then dont use it, same as it is with online casinos, if they are hiding something then most likely its not good thing they are hiding.

If you can get the POLI and bank to bank transfer function the fees are minimal and the bank to bank withdrawal is fast. These options are supposed to be available to Australians however despite certification and 4yr plus membership - the system continues to tell me its POLI deposits and bank withdrawals are unavailable. If you can get that to work its probably the cheapest and fastest ewallet- but -------

I also had a security issue a few years ago where someone hacked into a casino acct in my name and withdrew to a moneybookers acct- this has made me a little wary of security and MB- especially as I could never get a response from them as to how or whether the MB acct was another name or a duplicate of mine.

I am trying out Moneybookers atm, it does seem the sensible first choice.

    @LinkinFart
Yeah as soon as I joined they suspended my account and I was sent an email from security asking for documentation. Took them about 3 days to verify me.

Moneybookers are by far your best bet as an Australian. Unless you have an obscure bank you can use POLI for instant uploads, they're the most widely accepted ewallet and their fees are typically about the lowest.

If you're playing mostly in USD I'd give some thought to opening a USD account instead of an AUD one. If you're cashing out straight to your bank USD is going to be a bad idea, but if you're keeping money in bookers and moving it between a lot of sites you don't want to get hit with their 1.99% exchange fee every time.

i am not sure if Instadebit is available to you but it works great and there is no fees to make a payment at merchants or to send money back to your bank. It also much faster then moneybookers in my case and there is no fees at the bank (14$ for incoming wire when sent from moneybookers in my case.)

The only drawback is that some casino may defer paying you to up to 10 business days until "your payment will clear" what i think is bs. I am trying to avoid those casinos.
    Who took my money ??

You are supposed to be able to use POLI but I continue to get the not avaiable message- and yes I am certified and use NAB so not "obscure". MB is the only place I have this issue. A pity because I woud love to ditch neteller!

I use Moneybookers when I can to, but their POLi is always unavailable for my bank. I use ANZ and it seems to obsure for them to get it to work. Funny that Betfair have no problems with POLi to most Australian banks. Also their communications really sucks. As others have said it can take weeks to get a reply to a really simple question.
