Bellerock wont payout

I have been playing for over a year now at bellerock group.....
lost at least 10K and more.......
in that year i tried to make 2-3 withdrawals
after the first withdrawal they asked me for my ID and utility bil
so i did....... no problems withdrawal was on my bank after 36 hrs..
second withdrawal ...... they did not process at all.....
when i asked live chat after a few days why.... they told me they needed my ID and a utility bil????? i told them i already did that... they sad i did not
i have proof i already send it.... they wont believe me....... i send the docs again... and received an email from finance dept they dont need it?
i ask live chat again... they tell i do need to send it again..... on and on
did not receive my money and i cancelled the withdrawal....lost it all in 1-2 hrs original withdrawal was 1000$...... did not get a single free spin in that amount and i played at 75ct upto 1.75...... never happend before to me....
so i told bellerock what i was thinking.... results... my acount got closed.....
after 1-2 moths i started thinking darn..... i lost a lot hardly any win....
lets ask them to try it again....(how dumb can i be)
they opend my acount again....... i started playing again
made a few deposits.....
and got an amazing win of 1500$ on a 1.80 bet got 5 wilds in free spins 3x multiplier on lady's of the orient.......
that was last week... first of all my withdrawal is stil pending and i can cancel it........... if i ask live chat why they dont procces the withdrawal they tel me the finance dept needs more time..... but the withdrawal is stil up for cancel so i can go on playing........
I DONT WANT TO........ i just want to be payed?
well they told me to wait for next week......
and than they also tell me that the pending time for my withdrawals wil be 72hrs from now on instead of 24hrs.......i asked them why..... and they said it is for me so i can benefit more from my win????????????(in other words you got more time to spend it)
if i win on tuesday il get my money after a week? yes they say.......

My first advice is DO NOT PLAY IT BACK!

You could try sending the rep (cobus) a pm Here he was last online on the 26th of this month so he is fairly active.

If that fails you can try a PAB

I'm quite surprised at this, has this been just recently? 72 hours is not acceptable at all. Do they flush withdrawals or is the 72 hours forced upon you.

Lucky Nugget..I had a cash out of 900.00 I reversed and played with about half of it I believe and they held the entire amount again for 72 hours. I finally played it all back in a week.

The fortune lounge group is 24 hours and even if you reversed some of it the rest they will process...damn Layc I was slow on that one

I asked them to flush and they told me they no longer flush and 3 days was the minimum.

I find the best way to avoid the reverse is to completley uninstall the casino and if its really big win I sometime deliberately leave my laptop at work. I think self control is probably not any gamblers strong point and the reverse withdrawal plays on that.

Seeing that you're from Australia you probably have the full casino and not the watered down version. They will only process after 3 full days and now it appears it's for usa players only.

Avoid any MG casino that does not flush the reverse withdrawal, as far as time goes to withdraw it should be instant no matter which method, best advice here is uninstall them, then install 32Red/Golden Lounge/Betway/Gnuf and Ladbrokes, these will more than cater for your MG casino needs .

I was told by one of the casino ops that the reason they don't flush and take more time for the withdrawal process is because they are waiting for the funds (cc deposits) to clear. Apparently quite a few transactions can and are being reversed by cc companies, so they casino is trying to "protect" itself.

Guess if I were a business and that was happening or could happen I may do it too, but I think I'd be more forthcoming to my customers as to the reasons for the delays.
