Cynical Caesar's In Bait and Switch

This could easily be in the bonus complaints section but I thought I would post here as more people are likely to see it but if a moderator wants to move it that's cool.

A couple of weeks ago I got a personal invite from Jackpot Joy, where I have had an account without issues for a couple of years now. JJ are not accredited here but are a big and reliable UK group btw. Or so I thought. I have removed my username but it was in the invitiation:

As you can see, if you deposited by a certain date they were offering a £475 bonus on a £200 deposit if you got your money in by a certain date.

Well I did all this and was awarded a 100% bonus to £200. I wrote a polite email asking about this and just got a nonsensical reply so I then wrote again to both Ceasar's and Jackpot joy enclosing the invitation and have not even got a reply from either casino.

What I find really disappointing about all this is that Caesar's was the first casino I ever visited on a trip to Vegas having never been to a UK casino. I had a cool time there, did the craps lessons, saw their copy of ther Trevei fountain in Rome with the dancing robots which was fun in a kitch sort of way. I played some blackjack for the first time and bought some souvenir's too. So always fond memories of Caesar's.

But now I find myself a victim of a blatant 'bait and switch'. Jackpot joy won't even acknowledge this invitation offically came from them, raising the possibility they sold my username to a third party. I have £400 in Caesar's but don't really know what to do now. Are they legit and will they even pay?

This has all been a huge waste of time. This is the second time this month I have been the victim of a casino blatantly ignoring their own offer and terms and conditions. I for one am getting increasingly nervous about recent developments. If casino's think it is OK to behave as they please with complete disregard for the law and advertising standards then it will have a profound impact on how this industry goes forward.

I have a simple message for online casino's everywhere - if you don't want players to take advantage of your offers then don't make them in the first place. But once you have made these offers you must conform to the law just like everybody else.
