E-Check Deposit/Withdrawals

Hey guys, been awhile since I've posted. I tried to search for info regarding this issue I am having but couldn't find any so I apologize in advance if this has been covered.

99% of the deposits I make at the online casinos I play at are via e-check. Likewise I also receive most of my cashouts via this method as well and normally I receive them fairly quick, 3-5 days and sometimes less.

Well I made a new account at Spin Palace and made a couple small deposits that lost and then made another small deposit which I ended up winning from and requested a cashout. The deposit was taken from my bank the same day I made it and after the 24 hour reverse withdrawal window my cashout was listed as "work in progress" as it always does for MG.

2 days go by and I decide to inquire with support as to when I should expect this withdrawal to be processed and I was informed that the e-check deposit has not cleared and they would check again on Nov 28th. I was a little perplexed by this so my question is..

Is this normal? Have I just been lucky to not play at any casinos that take this long to process deposits? Surely it can't take 2 weeks to have confirmation of an echeck being cleared if its taken from your account the same day you deposit.

It's fairly normal on NEW accounts, but some casinos waive the delay for their loyal customers, taking it on trust that the deposits will clear.

They may also request documents once they know the deposit has cleared. You can save time by arranging this now, rather than waiting till the 28th.

echeck sometimes takes up to 5 days from the time it comes out of your bank... before it shows up on their end of things.
