Betfair Download Casino Mouse/Login Issues. Anyone Else?

I am just trying to collect some data on two issues I've had at Betfair (in the download casino only) to see if they are common so I can pass on the data.

Issue 1: After installing, nothing will work (login, games etc) unless you keep moving your mouse around the screen during the processing. I've had this on two seperate PC's (one an IMAC running Windows Bootcamp) and both very new.

Issue 2: The login screen won't load - keep getting "Plese retry". Had a similar issue wit SEGA on one PC. But this never fixes itself - even after re-install, cookie deletion, removing the firewall

Has anybody else experienced these issues with Betfair secifically?

I often have to reload the casino about 5 times to get the login screen to come up. No idea why, very annoying.
