I know many members here have had problems with the e-mails being sent out and not being able to claim the free chip. But.... This group has been exceptional towards me and I think it should be noted. With all the negative posts about online casinos, I think it is time to share a good post. At the risk of sounding like a "shill" I can assure all of you I am not.

A few weeks ago I won a RJ for over 17 thousand USD, at LuckyRed Casino. I made a deposit of 35 USD with a 60% bonus. I hit the RJ, made my playthrough and cashed out the weekly max of 3 thousand USD. The very next day my withdrawal was processed and in my web wallet. No hassels or anything. I have since then processed 2 other withdrawals and they have been paid the next day without any hassels.

I decided to try Aladdins Gold. Made another small deposit with no bonus and cashed out 600 USD. Again, it was in my web wallet the next day. I then received the e-mail with the player appreciation chip and a code for 100% bonus on my next deposit. I claimed the chip no problem. Didn't win, but had no problems claiming it.

I deposited 35 USD with the 100% bonus. I hit 3000 USD on Mystic Dragon. I finished my playthrough and cashed out 3000 USD. Again, it was in my web wallet the very next day.

Thanks LuckyRed and Aladdins Gold, you really have shown me that not all casinos are in the business to give customers the run around and proven this group to be trusted.

Wow, you're a hell of a lot luckier than I've ever been at any of the CW casinos, but you're right they are a great group.

Don't mind telling you at all, when I hit the RJ it was $1.25 and with Mystic Dragon it was $1.50 a spin. I posted the screen shots on here I think.

I also experienced very fast payouts at ClubWorld during the last 2 weeks; within 24 hours, two were on non-deposit chips.

I also like that they send you an email when your withdrawal has been approved, and available in your ewallet.

I, too, agree. ClubWorld has been great to me. Haven't had much luck the past few months but had a good run the other night and I'm sure before my head hit the pillow my withdrawal was taken care of.
Tom has always been on top of things if I needed him and I have not once in the 3 years or more that I've been playing there had any hassles or run-ins with ClubWorld.
I treat each and every person that I chat with at ClubWorld with respect and in my own opinion that goes a long way with getting the same respect back from them.
Its a great feeling when I go over to chat and as soon as they see my name they know who I am and most times we have a nice little chat and they have been great to me for all these years.

Nice win..It must have felt great see those numbers in the balance section... Yes CLub World group is a great place to play rtg. My wife and I have been avid players almost exclusively at CW.(we both SHARE an acct.lol) since it was just clubusa and have enjoyed it very much .We have withdrew quite a few times with no problems.(though a little tight lately,I can see why lol).And yes, Tom the rep here at cm is a stand up guy.. once again congrats
