I recently played at betphoenix and I have to say I was quite impressed. I won of course and managed to make a healthy withdrawal (which always goes a long way in providing experience lol) I had a lot of playtime and bang for my buck so to speak.
Withdrawal times are slightly longer than I have been accustomed too but by no means excessive or bad, but the support staff are excellent, right down from Nicolas to Omar and Dean himself.
Personal phone calls to help manage my withdrawal and friendly advice. To be honest one cant fault the level of service this casino provides.
Imo, If they can get their withdrawal times processed just a little quicker this could easily be a contender in my eyes for the number 1 rtg casino spot.
