I had to reply to their email after that promotion LOL.. I think they are just tryingg to get me to come back since i haven't been playing on their much lately. I love platinum play and they have always been my number one casino since I first started playing online. However, times change and the fact i cannot play a lot off the games since i am in the U.S., and the fact River Belle gives me way better promotions I haven't been playing as much as I use to on platinum play.

Hello, I just wanted to say that although I appreciate the fact you gave me 10 free spins on avalon it seems a bit sad that you offered me a total of $2.00 in free slot play whereby I won 20 cents. I know it is a free promotion but I have been a member for about 8 years and gambled thousands and thousands of dollars on your site. I just think it was a bit silly to be honest. i appreciate the thought and I know you guys were just being friendly, but at the same time it seemed almost rude I will still be a good customer and will play on your site forever as I have done in the past and I won't take any resentment, but it's just a bit strange. Not trying to be mean or anything, but just voicing my opinion as a customer. Thanks
