super suits plus bug :(

I am waiting to hear back from Anna from 3dice but am very upset right now. I have already been upset about the changes to this game but now it is not retriggering at the 12x stage. I am 100% positive it is supposed to give you an additional 12 spins if you retrigger during the 12x stage. I retrigerred twice on the 12x stage and it did not give me any extra spins. The little vacuum thing sucked up the 12x twice letting me know I would be awarded 12 more spins twice more, but the game ended without awarding me any more spins. I am not sure what they will do for me, but I really want those spins back and do not think they can do that. For the time being I suggest nobody play this game at all until they either fix this bug or change the game back to it's old version >.<
I will post and let everyone know what Anna say's after she sees for herself in the playcheck that I didn't get the extra spins. That could have been hundreds of more dollars if I was lucky since it was 12x. After all, that is the only thing we are playing that game for since they changed the game. The only reason to play is try and get to the 12 times stage and hope to retrigger. The payouts even state the game can be retriggered at 12x and I know it does because before the change I had previosuly retrigerred at 12x quite a few times. I cannot believe nobody else has retrigerred at 12x yet and i am the only person. grrr

If this is true it is appalling. Who knows how much you would have won. I would have felt sick if it was me as it is so hard to win at this casino anyway. You get lucky and then are totally screwed over.

Shame on 3Dice if they did not properly test the revamped game.

Hi Guys,

I've sent a pm to PokerDan with a rundown for him to verify a couple of hours ago. 48 freespins at x3, 36 freespins at x4, 24 freespins at x6 and 3 sets of 12 freespins at x12 (36 total) were played and paid correctly - I suspect the confusion is caused by the fact that respins at x12 are not accompanied by the 'can't-be-missed' gauge that comes up when your multiplier increases. (so it comes up every time - except for when you retrigger at x12 .. the multiplier then no longer increases, you have to watch the freespins left display to see the freespins being added.).

The server logs confirm the hit on the feature and 5 retriggers, and shows the entire gameround played, displayed and paid. We'll have to wait for PokerDan's input now - on our end things look like they are in perfect working order.

Enzo's right about the gauge....I got to 12 once and got a retrig on the old version and no gauge came up...but i got the spins....

With 4 screens in the Supersuits bonus, 12 spins go pretty quickly. If 3Dice says OP got 36 spins, I'm inclined to believe them.

Update:
i ve had SS+ for a while and unfortunatley only got retrigger of 12x once. And I do recall the spins adding up fine. However I did just get the retrigger of 12x a few minutes ago and the spins add up. Again the gauge on the bottom right will show the increase in the # of spins.

MY RESPONSE
I did not receive any extra free spins at the x12 stage that is a lie. Besides, you are to receive 16 free spins per round at the 12x stage according to what I have read online. Regardless I did not receive an extra 24 spins at the 12x level. I know I did not receive the spins because I retriggered when I had about 3-4 spins left and the game ended a few spins later.I will go ahead and close my account at 3dice for the time being. I do not appreciate being lied to. If the game is only giving 12 free spins at the 12x stage it would have been nice to have been informed of this change as well. I will go ahead and close my account for the time being until I am assured the game has either been fixed or has been changed back to the way it use to be. I am 100% positive I did not get more than 12 spins at the 12x stage.
