    A Bonus worth taking (Inetbet)

So, the other day I get a Manager's Bonus email from Inetbet. I look at the T&Cs page refered in the email and see all the usual stuff. So, I ask that the bonus be removed (a nice service Inetbet offers and one reason I gamble with them exclusively). They email back and ask why (which they'd never done before), and I point to the "slots only" clause in the T&Cs. Since I am a a table game player a bonus only good on slots does me no good. They then tell me that clause only refers to promotions, not bonuses and comps (then why was it on the page linked in the Bonus email??). So, I play my comps and bonus (total $68), playthrough the WR (15x with a 10x max cashout) at the tables and finished with $42. When I requested a withdrawal I fully expected it to be denied because of failure to comply with the T&Cs, but, lo and behold, $42 showed up in my e-wallet. Nice!

Hallelujah, Thank Gawd. Good news for a change. It gets so old having people diss a decent casino just because they don't win often enough or just plain lose.

It's nice to see the 10x max cashout referenced by someone else besides myself. Not sure why others here don't get that fact...

    What do you mean?

Some don't get what? That there is a max?

Personally, if it is money earned by my deposits, I think a max cashout is crap. But that's just my opinion.

There is no max cashout on comp points. Only on the managers bonus.

Nothing personal here but who the f&*^&$%%%^ can decipher all this dble talk..I also asked to remove my managers bonus because I don't play slots I still thinkINET is a fair casino. They have paid promptly in all caases but they need to rewrite their T&C to be less ambigious

But then why does it say they do in the post above this one?

Do you think INET could rewrite this?

They should rewrite it. They have posted many times that it does not apply to comp points. There is a playthrough but no max cashout. I know that for sure since I have cashed out 900.00 on a 5.00 comp point redemption.

I also play video poker with both my comp point redemptions and my managers bonus but you do have to meet the wagering requirement on slots.

    Good luck!

    Michelle

Just wanted to add they explained that the comp in the above was not referring to comp points.

I have been told by email it applies to redeemed comp points and the T&C says that. Why is this an ongoing issue?

Did I miss where INetBet specifically said there was no max cashout on redeemed comps?
