    Unexplained penny pinching

And when I say "penny pinching" I don't mean I'm saving money. Probably more like someone is pinching the bag.

    I will keep this brief.

Over the last couple months, something strange appears to happen and I think I found a bug in the English Harbour software. Never fear, I sent them (English Harbour and Silver Dollar) an e-mail alerting them to the problem. Prior to that I tried to find some players who could verify what I found. I couldn't find anyone, although I didn't reach out to too many.

I noticed that during real play in tourneys as well as during free play mode, that when I bet one, two or all lines at a one times bet, five times bet and all the way up to a total bet of $6.25 (I didn't try beyond that) the slots will deduct one penny. This slight deduction, just a measly pinched penny will inexplicably disappear after the initial bet is deducted and just before the spin stops. I believe it is magic, some say buggy, other thieves. Now, I said magic!!!! And what good is magic if you can't capture a few screenies to make the claim? So, I have attached several screen shots to show you what I mean. Please note that the extra deduct does not happen at every spin and it appears to happen more at any balance of a bank roll.

I decided to post because I notified them Friday Morning at 00:30 and in my book that is at least two full business days, plus two weekend days and the pinching remains plus not one email from them (well except for the standard, boiler plate response to any email, "we are working on it blaah blaah blaah crap). I would not have any business clients if one of my clients said, "there is a problem with your product" and I FRICKEN IGNORED THEM!!!!! So log in and see if you can duplicate what I can do and post it here. The tourney mode works good because every spin is recorded in the number of bets placed. This is located down in the lower left with your balance and placement in the tourney, so you can screen shot until you capture it.

    Probably should act quickly though.

Hey, I was playing in a tournament (a free one I think, Last Prince of Egypt) and I noticed the same thing! A penny missing. And more than once.

All I can figure is that not many folks play there.

But it is weird that it seems to take a penny here and there. Still no answer from the casinos. No surprise there however.

Are these tourneys that you have to pay for? Or are the free? Or both?

I don't play at these casinos so not really familiar with how they work.

Have you tried contacting their rep?

I would say that this is a pretty serious accusation, especially considering they are accredited casinos..

It happened on the free tournament of the game I was playing. You can re-buy for real money. I played the game with a my real balance and it didn't do any salami-slicing.
