I think these sites (Treasure Mile, Lucky Creek, Mandarin Palace, Wizbet, and Grand Eagle) are some of the best options for US players right now.

US players are getting sick of Rival, wondering if they will ever get paid no matter what casino they choose.......they are getting sick of RTG and the lowered RTP....they are getting sick of playing the inferior and stripped downed version of MG that they are left with.

Now they are 40x B, and cashable

I believe that all of the casinos in this group have a 48 hour reversal period. After that I have always been paid to quicktender in 2-24 hours. Wires take about 5 days, but I don't use that method anymore as the fee is pretty hefty.
