MG Tournaments

Just a few comments I'd like to make on MG Tournaments:

Firstly why when there are hundreds of games in the MG library do they use the same five or so games in their tournaments surely they are missing out on an opportunity to promote other maybe less played games and it would be nice to have more of a variety.

Second on Blackjack, while waiting to play second round, I clicked on the rules and it said "standard 52 card deck used" if this is the case why did myself and the person next to me both have a Ace of Clubs.

Thirdly on 32 red private tournaments you get 10 minutes to play but only enough chips for 4 minutes - don't understand the point in that.

Playing these few tournements has made me realise I won't ever be playing Break Da Bank or Spring Break with my own money ever.

The point is that it makes the tournament more fair.
In other tourneys, where you get only 5 minutes for the same amount of coins ppl with a fast PC have a huge benefit over the rest.
Also, if you get booted, or get the ever spinning reels error, there is time to leave the game and re-enter and finish it.
Personally, I think it would be great if there was no timer at all.
But most casinos find the tourneys to be a nice cashcow this way, I mean, whats more annoying than triggering the freespins with only 3 seconds left?
They hope you make a deposit to buy a continue.

More variety would be nice, but they should get rid of some bugs in the existing games first.
After a freespinround on Loaded the game just freezes.
And Mad Hatters (what a crapgame btw), why is it so deadslow??

Yes forgot about the Loaded issue was going to mention that and Hitman when you get 18 free spins takes about 45 seconds to get them started.

Mad Hatters I think is like that to fit in with the theme of it being slightly loopy and all over the shop hence the strange spin noise (i like Mad Hatters just for its weirdness).

Coincidently just got 12 free spins on Avalon then a reload with 30 seconds left so I am one of those suckers depositing to finish them off

Have not played any Hitman tourneys recently, so I had not noticed that bug yet.
But its awful, having to wait and wait while the timer ticks.. frustrating.

These tourneys could be so much better with a few small changes.
Hitman for example, why dont they enable quickspin?
In normal play, I always play Hitman (and most of the MG games) with quickspin enabled.
Dont even want to talk about Thunderstruck, Springbreak, Ladys Night etc.
I avoid these tourneys like the plague, just too frigging slow.

On loaded and mad hatters when you trigger a free spin round you only click the mouse button one time to choose either your free spins and multiplier or extra wild, if you click it more than once just like you say, the game will freeze.

I AM VERY ANNOYED WITH RED FLUSH!!! they have said basically that I left the tournament (which i didn't) and my score didn't increase THE SCORE INCREASED I had free spins feature and five in a line I know it but Red Flush and Microgamming dispute this.

I cannot upload the spreadsheet they sent as I dont have a excel licence so cannot copy it but this is disgusting I know I sat there and watched it for five minutes on autospin and it did not move from 20750 coins the spreadsheet even shows it staying at 20750.

i realy cant understand to why you would want to play a tourney unless it was 5k plus ? its a well known fact that micro has some issues on these many from what i can gather ,but people still chuck money at them , waste imho , save all those credits up for a proper play not down to who has the biggest bank roll .

I`m not sure if this works for tourneys but worth a try, go into gaming history and select the sessions where you were playing tourneys, click view on the wins and it extends into the actual win showing each win exactly as it is, I know this does not work for individual FS wins it just gives the whole amount.

Hope this helps, and you want to thank God that the 5 reel Break Da Bank slot isn`t used, imagine the normal FS feature landing 2 or more FS symbols every spin lol.

well thats even easier then , if they dont want return your 2,50 then just close your account when they ask you why , you can point this out , sorry to say i realy dont bother playing those tournaments the only time i would play them if i was bored or something & i would only play the ones to where you have no added bankroll repeats as i dont see the point of adding funds to get a higher placement , kind of defeats a tournament , thought they was supposed to be fair cant see the fairness in who has the biggest bank roll , thats the main reason to why not to play , however i do wish you luck in trying to get your funds back , doubt you will because most tournaments are about bank rolls , that money is already in the pot, they should look into though but remember your dealing with micro gaming who realy dont like to asnwer any questions on mess ups , the casino should give you your funds back, but i wouldnt hold my breath .

I dont like MG "free" tourneys. You can buy 1000 replays if I recall correctly, making it not possible to win anything unless you pay - a lot. Or get super lucky

There is one thing I didn't mention can anyone confirm if this correct when |I had finished the original free bit of the tourney I had 13 free spins left but when I paid for ther extra they had gone are the free spins supposed to just disappear?

If you buy a CONTINUE, you should continue your first try, the leftover freespins should be there.
If you buy a REBUY, you start all over again from scratch.

well my free spins were not there and I didn't do a rebuy on the initial game I had 12 free spins and got a reload to make 20 and 13 were left after the initial 10 mins were over I went to put some money into the bank to carry on this took about an hour and I bought 5 mins extra when i got back home.

In that case your game should have started with the 13 free spins.
At least I'm sure it used to be that way.

I do admit that its been a while since I last bought a continue, must be a year ago at one of the Jackpot Factory casinos.
Hit the FS just before time ran out, and a 4 scatter retrigger on the first FS, 7xMP so a nice score also.
Thought that was worth a try.
After buying a continue the remaining 23 spins paid total crap, but I'm sure they were there.
Maybe they changed the rules?
I would bug CS again, or send them an email and explain what happened.
