I got an offer for 30 free spins from Sun Vegas.
I did the 30 spins and got about 14GBP in bonus cash. I decided to play Lord of the Rings slot to clear the bonus waging requirments and ended up at over 700GBP.
I decided to cashout. I send my id verification and within 6 hours of this got back that my cashout was being processed. Unfortunately I had fallen foul of the T&C and I would only be getting 100GBP of the 700GBP.
I know I should be happy with this I would have been if the balance had not been 7x that amount but it still annoying
My questions (which I asked the online support)
This is what asked:-
If after winnings the 14GBP on the free spins had made a deposit of say 50GBP and then got my balance to 700GBP would I then been able to withdraw all or still be limited to 100GBP for a "No deposit" bonus?
Support Answer:- This would be calculated by the wagering dept.
So I could be in the same boat.
Is it correct? Any experiences?
