made my first deposit tonight on box 24 to see what it's all about. Have not played much at rival in the past because I got scammed a bunch of times at the white labels. Bought in for 25.00 and got a 200% bonus. Played scary rich and almost lost everything pretty quick. I took my last 20.00 to spartan warrior and hit 100 spins plus 10 more during bonus. Only got about 100x my initial bet, but was fun

im confused and as a player im tainted to be on your side cause we in the same group .
but what in your estimation could be the reason that you got bonus banned did you like play a bit out of the classic norm like less lines with more coins or few lines to extend your play ? i dont think there's any thing wrong with what i just mentioned

can you take a guess at what motivated them to bonus ban you slots are slots tilted in the house favor but even a idiot says he has a reason when he does things

Promotions already disappeared when I just started playing, thought they would come back.
I played as I always play, Scary Rich 1+2 at low stakes, got lucky with a bunch of great hits on 0.40 spins that took my balance over 300.- then went to play other slots, lost almost everything, went back to Scary1 and got it up to 400.- again.
I even played around 10% over the WR, then cashed out at 360.- minus the 60.- non-cashable bonus so 300.- withdrawl.

I've asked support why the promotions were gone, they would forward it to management, but never heard back.
Maybe they use the central bonusbansystem?

But they paid fast and without a hassle, and if they dont want me as a player, so be it..

Sometimes players get automatically banned without reason; we do not follow Rival's system though and can fix it.

Please pass me your username and we will be sure to sort it out as we have done in the past when players contact us directly. Sometimes these bans get overpassed by our Customer Service as they go through the lists.

Didn't even come close to making the playthrough req's. The 110 spins paid me about 43 bucks off a 45 cent bet. All spins were x3 so 45x3 would be 120+15.. $1.35 cents for 110 spins and won $43.00 bucks. Not a good win for all those spins, but I had fun for my $25.00 bucks before losing it all back on scary rich. I will probably play more on this site especially if they actually pay out because I do enjoy their games.

Got my monthly cashback from Box 24, a big $17.50. Ran it up to over $500.
Got stupid but made a cashout for $300 anyway about 2:30am. Asked CS if it could be flushed and was told no problem. Anyway, my $300 is in my QT account already. Seems that Box 24 is still a good Rival.

Makes you wonder why some casinos can pay in less than 24 hrs. and others take days or even weeks.

Flushing a withdrawal means removing it from the temporary withdrawal status where you could reverse it, to making it so you can't. But for Rival casinos that's not the case (you can still reverse it) but supposedly it speeds things up for accounting (faster payout) when you request a flush.

Frankly speaking my recent experience has been awful.

Everything started with a complaint on our national italian webforum, a player I know very weel from many years, was complaining cos -he said- the payout seemed to be "set" in order to drive the player to zero when the PT is close to be completed.

First I thought it was the usual "looser's frustration" complaint, but then I realized that guy was not that kind of person...

I came immediately here on CM and I couldn't find anymore ANY Rival casino in the accredited list.

So that, I took decision to try myself.
I did 6 deposits on Spartan casino (box 24 Group)

All 6 deposits of the same amount, always reediming a 100% bonus, all of them with the same PT and I played always the same 5/6 slots, always with the same betsize.

It was so funny seeing exactly the same things happening in the same way all the 6 times !!

A ) First third of the session (far away from PT completion): overall payout VERY GOOD (much more than 100%), nice wins, had free spins / features very often, whatever game went pretty good.

B ) Second third of session (UP from the starting amount, still quite far from PT completion): overall payout DECENT, few nice wins, quite rare free spins / Features.

C ) Third third of session (close to complete the PT): overall payout ONE DIGIT (could it be 7% ? or 8% ?, or 0% ? who wnows...), no free spins at all (better to say NO SCATTER SYMBOL at all).

In all 6 cases of course I got out of money on account when the PT was soooooo close to be completed.

I am gambling on line everyday since 2006, I did some millions of spins (mainly on MG casinos), I am not a beginner and when I use that word (FRAUD), I use it knowing what I mean.

I thought Rival "white label" casinos were to be avoided.
Now I think ALL RIVAL casinos are to be avoided.

Yes, now I am ready to fight with all the affiliates of this Group. But I would much prefer to have a frank discussion about this case with a casino Rep (if any).

Rival Slots have been in that way for long time.

Only way to beat it - at start you have to bet higher and wish to get a huge payout overseeding the total WR amount.

Back to 2008/9, I even beat 99x (D+B) bonus few times on Scary Rich I by DOING 10$+ a spin.

However, this method has been blocked either.

You see - most high variant slots on rival these days have very low bet max - 2$ I believe?.

However, as VWM once said, if a slots is "not random", it will have a flaw. Someday, someone will discover it and make rival pay for the mistake.

Then we may see TIV like issues all-over again.

So IMO, stay a way from rival casinos until they change their behavior.
