Thumbs down 32Red : problem with deposit

Since September 15, I can no longer make deposits with VISA or Mastercard(3D secure system) at the 32Red casino.
Before that date I had no problems at all.
According to Pat it is a Microgaming problem. So a solution will not be found soon knowing the poor MG service.

Right now I make deposits at Ladbrokes casino and Ruby Fortune casino with VISA (3D secure system)

    I have 2 questions :

    1. Are there other members who still can make deposits at 32Red with VISA or Mastercard (3D secure systems)?

    2. Do you know other CM accredit casino's who use the VISA 3D secure system and where it is possible to make withdrawals back to the Credit card?

    Thanks for your info.

Do you also use the 3D secure mode with PIN code?

That might explain why credits are getting to my VISA card BEFORE Neteller (based on requests at the same time). I have not seen this before without there being a problem somewhere. I now know it's not the casino's fault.

As for 32Red and VISA; I recently deposited there, and went to the VISA secure screen where I had to enter my validation, and it all worked OK.

I have found out that each card issuer uses their OWN variation of VISA secure code, and it may be down to the implementation chosen by a card supplier that causes the process to fail. Some implementations may not be compatable with the MGS banking system, and will therefore fail.

MGS has been "updating like crazy" this month, another one seems to come along every couple of days. They have been throwing so many out that maybe something has gone wrong along the way, causing this failure.

Many of these updates seem to be related to the roll out of the new, new lobby, and existing games are being updated on a large scale. I suspect much of this is to do with updating the graphics for the HD size lobby. Many games were simply stretched, and were SD in an HD lobby, and looked blurred.

Check the original Thunderstruck, what they have done is pretty obvious on this particular game.

I have also noted 3 new AWP games have crept in, and a couple of the long since "confiscated" AWP games have returned, such as "Lucky Barstard".

Question to VWM : Was your deposit after September 14?

As I am able to deposit at Ladbrokes and Ruby Fortune, I don't think that my card issuer is causing the problem.
