Provided you have deposited in the past, and this is not a new player freebie, there should be no max cashout.

Free chips given to new players before they have ever deposited often have max cashouts, even at MGS casinos.

last time i got free spins i won 1400 but only got to keep 250 caz there was a max cash-out even tho i could,nt find it anywhere they told me when i asked why i was only getting 250.

Given the above, you should ask CS, or the rep, whether they DO apply max cashouts on free chips for DEPOSITING players.

I didn't think so, and they DO give out some free chips and/or free spins to depositing players such as myself. I had £40 a couple of weeks ago for their "Monday cashback" promotion, where they place random chips in the accounts of lucky players who have played in the previous week.

I would be interested to know if there WAS indeed an unwritten rule somewhere that applied the max cashout rule evident for new player free chips to free chips given out to loyal depositing players.

Well mt playthrough on the money I won on the free spins - cashed out £700
went through the terms and no where on the terms does it mention free spins with a max cash out. Lets see how it goes
