omni casino bonus and withdrawls

Hi tried omni casino as i have heard good things here and thought i would give this playtech a try as usually playtechs are terrible which i mentioned in earlier post.
But anyway I deposited £30 got £30 bonus,I lost this then deposited £20 got reload bonus £10 and lost this down to £1.25. I then deposited £30 with no bonus ,I won after about 20 mins and tried to withdraw £180 but I will lose £100 if i do due to bonus playthough requirements. I contacted support stating that I won this money on a fresh deposit with no bonus but got a reply sayin i still had wager £550 before i meet the WR. So when does a bonus become inactive, is it when ur credits are 0.00 or is it always active till WR achieved?

As a general rule you are no longer obligated to bonus WR once the account reaches 0.00 because you left 1.25 well........I don't know But even then the 1.25 should only be subject to WR of the second bonus provided you allowed your account to zero out after the first bonus. I would see if a casino rep can figure this out. Your new bonus free deposit should not be subject to any WR but maybe they have a sneaky T/C

Yes its a bit poor and the only reason i didnt play my balance to zero was i was playing 2.00 spins so I automatically deposited to continue playing. Its a real annoyance to think for the sake of 1.00 I could lose £100 if I withdraw or lose the lot if I try for the £500 playthrough.I may win more but things never work out that way,not for me anyway.

mostly its like this if you have more than 1 credit your wagering on the bonus is still active.

youi should have wagered to zero before redepositing.

i checked the terms on your reload bonus and the following line is interesting in your case, as as written you shouldnt even have received the reload bonus because:

The bonus will only be awarded if your have played out entirely your First Deposit and
Welcome Bonus.

maybe you can check this with omni support again.

i myself also play there regularly. they have decent promotions and compared to the many playtechs which have all same rules and promos, just different skins omni is really a place of its own and i would highly recommend them.

I can just forget it now! tried for playthrough lost £100 on hulk in 5 mins(1.00 spin),Lost £30 on blade in 2 mins(1.00 spin).Played night out(1.00) for hundreds of spins eventually wiped me out.Got my one and only bonus here, 4 spins at 3x multiplier total winnings 0.75.Deposited another £30 got a £45 bonus and played pink panther won on a few bonuses got up £120 then played down to zero without a bonus. To sum up 1 extra spin I didnt take cost me and gained omni casino £210.
