Betsafe Casino Black - Loyalty program ?

Hi there.

Did anyone try the new Betsafe Casino Black (wagerlogic)?
They have the usual comp points which are paid out once a month (like intercasino).

Depending on how many points you earn you may get extra bonuses.

I was wondering if anyone has gotten one of their "Secret gifts" (or any of the extra perks)?
You need Gold, Platinum or Black diamond status to qualify.

I tried it - i like Crypto slots and VP - but I got annoyed the minute I went to deposit and saw there was a 2.5% fee. Gave it a quick whirl but I'm not sticking around with that in place. Guess they probably charge on cashouts too so uninstalled. Not a great experience being p*ssed off from the moment you deposit! Thus I can't help you on loyalty points I'm afraid.

You're right, they do charge a 2.5% fee on CC deposits.
I've been using MB though, no fee there.

As far as I can remember they used to offer weekend cashouts, but not anymore.
Maybe I should stick to Intercasino, they're usually pretty quick.

Hi there, just a follow up to my post last month.
My gold status runs out tomorrow, and I have yet to receive any offers (match bonus, free chips and so on).

They changed the program a few days ago. It no longer states "Secret gift" for VIP levels Gold, Platinum and Black diamond.

It does, however, still advertise "Monthly match bonus".
