And of course using casinomeister's name in vein during chat or even during an e-mail isn't good PR for yourself.
The only time casinomeister should get involved is if you feel you aren't treated right. Even then I wouldn't tell them I'm going to casinomeister on this. All your doing is bullying them and trying to back them into a corner. Which of course isn't going to get a favorable response. Try contacting the rep here. They might be possibly willing to help you out.

No you are not right. I never used CM to get benefits. I only said there too many bad responses on Bet Phoenix support on CM. and one ore would not help them. I do not need any help fro the rep, easy way is to send it to recycle bin. I don't think this ever should be a reason to decline a bonus

If you were threatening them, they could have banned you altogether and maybe should have. Unfortunately, sometimes players become rude and show a lack of gratitude for any courtesy or bonus they are given. People who work in support have a job, just as you do. They deal with people all day long, some nice, while others are rude. Threatening them to go post on CM if you don't get your way is a bit childish and as I stated earlier, you could have been banned from the casino altogether. Having been in business for many years, I can assure you the customer is not always right. When it comes to getting what you want, sugar normally works better than venom.

That said, I'm sure there are two sides to this story, yours and the casino's. Why did you threaten them?

Any casino has the right to refuse a promotion to anyone (provided the player hasnt already deposited on the understanding that they were eligible). Promotions/Bonus are not a right.

If you did in fact threaten or inform them that you were going to post something negative at CM, then you deserve what you get....using CMs name and reputation to further your own agenda (in this case have your bonus ban removed) is not cool. If you were serious about just warning other players etc, then you would just have posted how unhappy you were here without telling the casino. The only possible motive for informing them beforehand would be to extort them in to giving you what you want....so when you said "I never used CM to get benefits" you were not being truthful.

On the other hand, I have had an unpleasant experience with a Bet Phoenix chat rep too - and this is why I am no longer a customer. Vote with your feet - there are plenty of other casinos (listed at CM) that will treat you a whole let better than BP will. Think of the bonus ban as BP doing you a favor.

Threatening is one thing, but reminding them that disputes can either be settled in private or in public is justified imo as long as you do it diplomatically.

Of course it can be fun to let off steam on here when a casino is jerking you around, but if you're serious about getting a positive outcome to whatever dispute it is only sensible to let them know that you are clued in about the options available to you first and that you're not going to take it lying down.

Even though the players actions towards the casino were somewhat immature, i believe that no threats were made towards the casino. Elscrabinda is right in my view. Players should have the right to inform a casino that disputes can be made publicly or privately, and i think casinomeister is the place to do it, since this is the most powerful forum regarding these sites.

And towards the player:Just send them the documents and im sure it will be handled. They can ban you from promotions if they wish, as long as they pay out your winnings after you send them the documents.

I dont see anything wrong in letting a casino know, that you will post about a matter at CM for instance. Isnt that what the forum is all about, among other things? To share bad experiences, so players can have the best chances to pick a decent and honest casino. Of course, the reason for treatning should be valid. Some casinoes just do what they want to against their players. Nothing really happends unless the player really take some action, and I think this is fair to do. As a paying customer, you arent just submitted to accept everything that the casino does to you!

And it probably isnt a coincidence that there is problems with BetPhoenixCasino one way or another again. Either that Nicolas seems to dissapear, when the criticism maybe gets to much, and he cant answer to things. Wonder why

I have no idea what the threat was supposed to be but sometimes these casinos and the reps need a reminder that we are not alone. I have had the feeling in the past that some of these casinos are under the impression they can do what they want and there's nothing we can do and if it wasn't for the various gaming forums online there probably wouldn't be.

I have made casino reps aware in the past when they start getting hard nosed or snippy with me that these conversations are quite easily made public. For the most part I don't mention any particular forum by name. In fact I remind them that there are several popular casino forums that these conversations and these problems can be brought to where the players can decide what's fair or rude or just bad practice in general.

If they want to take that as a threat that's too damn bad but if they're smart they'll take it under advisement. Players talk to players. That's a fact they should get used to.

As for Betphoenix, I opened an account when this casino was brand new. I had several conversations about their bonus system with them even though I rarely even take bonuses. I told them what most players wanted to see. I discussed their interface with them and the menu system. I was honestly trying to help them. I came here and defended them when people weren't happy because I thought they were trying to sort things out and would get better. In the first couple of months when I had that account they probably called me on the phone a dozen times. Twice when I was at work trying to have my lunch. Then I told them I thought their comp point system was unfair. They disagreed. I came here and asked others if they thought it was a little stingy. They closed my account.

This is my side of the story. I'm sure Betphoenix has their own side but it really doesn't matter. They're more than welcome to close my account because the reality is they need us, we don't need them. If we don't play there we will only play somewhere else. So maybe when we say we're going to go and discuss these things in public they do perceive it as a threat. Personally I think they should always be aware that whatever they do there's a pretty good chance a lot of people will see it. They're running a business and a lot of should see it. And we shouldn't have to deal with them alone.
