    Party Casino (partygaming) withdrawal policy

What just found out about this, havent been able to cashin there anyway for more than a month, so didnt know.
Found this a different place on the internet....shocking!!!!!

This is a post email recieved from a player who got this email sent to him, because he did not understand why he had not recieved his withdrawal

    Hi
I am sorry to hear about your disappointment.
I have now once again checked the matter with our Payments team and unfortunately the rule indeed applies and the cash-out will be pending for three days after it has been requested.
if you are willing to deposit however you are still able to cancel some part of the cash-out and wait for the approval of the remaining amount.I am sorry if this rule is inconveniencing you in any way.It will be very sad to see you close your account because of this. However if that is your decision we will respect it and do so.
If you wish to close your account please send us an email confirmation to accountclosure@partyaccount.com stating the reason and my colleagues will proceed with the closure.
    Best Regards,

Not something that sounds good, anyone of you guys who can confirm or know anything,

As i have found rumours that PartyGaming is about to merge with bwin into a massive industry player. They are supposed to share ownership and management, and their stocks went really high ever since the announcement was made.

Sorry just an update her after i made the post.
Seems that this is only hitting players from United States.
I will update on this when i find out more guys

PartyCasino have always paid me in a few hours. They are right up there with 3Dice when it comes to quick payments.

I have not made a withdrawal for about a month and will be interested to see if there has been any change.

Thanks Bud - Pityful excuses to hold a withdrawal for up to 3 days. Although i have never played there, i wont decide on depositing purely because of that condition!

Are they accredited here, because i see that they do not pay Progressives in full either? Up to $100 000 per month...??

I am a big player at party casino, deposit a lot every month this year. Allthough not paladium VIP
But have been close at gold status some times....
they have always been great in my opinion, one of my favorites. And they have always paid me within 12 hours to my moneybookers.

But i must say im a bit fed up in regards to a promotion i accepted.
I recieved a special offer in my inbox with a code.
I checked the promotion which stated it was a bonus offer.
I checked the terms, and it clearly stated >>>>

    Release conditions
Wagering = 2 times the sum of bonus

Release restricted lump sum bonus 100% of deposit.

I made 15 pound deposit, and thought that i would then get the bonus to my account when i had played trough 30 pounds....
But that didnt happen, after loosing the 15£ deposit.
I went and checked the active bonus, i could also follow the active bonus procentage to my was still low in the wagering (it shows it like a green bar when u make playtrough)
And when i went into it to check i saw this >>>

    Bonus code: ACTIVE3
    Total bonus offer: £15.00 GBP
    Amount released
    £0.00 GBP
    Delivery method
    Release restricted lump sum
    Release £15.00 GBP
46 Standard Points on ANY site across Party brand
    Expiry date
    9 days - 13-Sep-2010

I only played the new slot Jail Break, and have wagered a lot. I ended up depositing 15 pounds more, was lucky getting a bit up, but in mistake i closed the slot down, and went in again, i was at around 25£, and then very nice i hit spin, without noticing it was on almost max bet, on 0,25 coin size, so it took 12,50£ in one spin!! how lucky lol.
Well to make it short i had only been making 0,50 cent spins all the time..
I made another deposit of 15£, and have now lost 45£ on all this.

I feel i somehow am in my right to get the 15£ credited my account?
But i guess when i havent got the proof from before i made deposit, then what can i do?

What do u guys think here? I feel i have a right here....

I am going to try and send an email to partycasino, but would like to have your opinions first please.....
Really hard for me to explain and write it proper.... please ask if you dont understand all this hehe...

Here is my status now for my account grrr, i have reached this months limit for depositing unfortanly ;(

Hi guys sorry i can see i messed it a bit up...
What i ment was that im in my rights to the 15£ because i have clearly play for more than 300£ on slots..... thats like 20xdeposit, and clearly more than 2x15£ (which terms stated in the offer before i accepted it)
So guess it will be up to party casino, to goodwill and say yes there has been a error here in this promotion??
Who would make a big case out of 15£ ??
I guess me because of that bad run of luck , and promotion which did not hold to what it was

But i guess its my own stupidity not discovering it straight away, or should had contacted them before i continued loosing

This is nothing bad about party casino, i can only praise the many different promotions they run at both casino and poker.....

Just a last thought from me, sorry i have posted in regards to that bonus problem. Just let me know and i will delete the 2 posts in regards to this... so we can stick to what this was about, when i made this new thread.
But hope its ok i let this belong to this thread, as we are talking about same casino.
Maybe this thread can be used to anything in regards to Party casino, that is on peoples mind/heart

By the way this is just

10.3. You agree that the maximum amount that You may cash-out is one hundred thousand US Dollars ($100,000) (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) per month. All amounts larger than one hundred thousand US Dollars ($100,000) will be paid in terms until the full withdrawal amount is reached. This condition also applies to winnings of progressive jackpots.

Hmm not happy, have recieved answer back.

    Thank you for contacting us.

As you have mentioned in your email our offer was for a release restricted bonus which is released when you earn PartyPoints equal to 2 times the bonus amount and not to wager two times the bonus amount. I can see that you have made a deposit of £ 15.00 GBP and our system added the respective bonus. In order to release the £ 15.00 GBP you have to earn a total amount of 46 PartyPoints which is equal to 3.1 times the bonus amount as your account currency is GBP( all the bonuses on our system work in USD and points needed are calculated according to the exchange rate). I hope that you understand where the difference is coming from.

Not really has made me more confused lol, i do understand the thing with $ and £ , but they mention 46 points equal to 3.1 times the bonus amount.
But i have made bets for almost 300£, so i have made way more bets then..
3.1 times 15£ = 45,3£ am i correct here, or have i just had to much alcohol tonight :P
