Bet365 - withdrawl concerns

I deposited a small amount of $$ into my bet365 casino account months ago and got the 100% bonus.

I have turned that into a large sum of money by pure fluke and luck and have cleared the bonus.

I have confirmed with the chat that i have fulfilled the bonus (also did a screen shot of this haha). All i need to do is finish the know your customer stuff.

So will i have any problems withdrawing the money after i have finished the KYC?

I´va had a few withdrawls from there and i have had no problems at all. Always been paid in good time and without hassel..

But sorry - what is a KYC? never heard of this! =)

KYC (Know your customer)

Some anti fraud...anti money laundering thing i guess.

KYC is Know Your Customer. Bet365 did phone me to verify my phone number, you may be asked for the standard sort of identity documents.

I've found Bet365 to always be very professional to deal with, I'm sure you will have no problems, just follow their instructions.

Most casinos require proof of identity for withdrawals.

I do know that when I first joined Bet365, I was sent a code by snail mail, and had to enter that before being able to make a second deposit. I did not have a withdrawal from my first one, but I think I would have had to wait for that if I had been withdrawing.

You shouldn't have any problems - Ray plays there and the first withdrawal was a little confusing with the 'know your customer' thing, he called and talked to someone who got him sorted. Since then the withdrawals (when he can get them) are quick and painless.

Finished all the security stuff and my withdrawing my funds now.

After i have taken all the money out i am not putting another dollar into online casinos. I am happy with my winnings

It's a good thing your first stop was at such a reputable casino. There are a lot of rogues out there, and if you change your mind and venture again, CM has a fine list of good places to play, and unfortunately a long list of places not to play.

If you like the Playtech platform, I think Bet365 is probably the best of the bunch.

Actually I think Centrebet are excellent too. No massively intrusive verification process, instant withdrawals from your account (that don't stay pending for days like some Playtechs William Hill Casino Club take note) and hits your bank account in a matter of days. Really decent operation.
