    opinion wanted...

Just curious, do you guys think 7-10 days is too long for a wire transfer to hit your bank? I requested a withdrawal on Friday Aug 20th, it was processed on Monday Aug 23rd, and the wire was sent on Monday as well to my bank. The casino is telling me that it definately won't hit my bank before next monday, the 30th. So in essence, its going to take me 10-13 days before i have funds in hand. Does this seem excessive to you guys? Everywhere else that i've requested a wire transfer from, i've had it in my bank within 72 hours of them sending it, sometimes even within 12. In their defense their site does say 7-10 days before receiving funds. However my point is, why is this? Everywhere else can get a wire transfer to you much quicker...

Yes, there was a weekend, like i said i requested the withdrawal on Friday, it was processed and sent on monday. Understandable since the banks arent usually open on the weekends However, with it being sent on Monday the 23rd, and being told you definately won't see it in your bank before Monday Aug 30th seem excessive? Everywhere else the longest it has taken to hit my bank from when it was sent is 72 hours, which would put the withdrawal hitting my bank on Wed Aug 25th. They are saying, not before monday the 30th, but even then doesn't guarantee it will be there then since they are saying 7-10 business days before i get it in my account. I dont know, i might be being petty here, just seems to me like thats a bit long considering everywhere else can get a wire transfer to you quicker, maybe this casino should look into a new bank that doesn't hold the money as long as they can before forwarding it on >.<

Once the wire transfer is sent it is up to the banking processes. So I guess how long it would take would depend on how many banks it has to go through (e.g., might start in Uk, have to travel through the states before hitting your bank account). I live in NZ and it can take upto 5 working days for it to process although it has reached me within 2 days on a couple of occasions. At each step the banks manually process this (so you have to wait for a bank to process it forward).

Even though other casinos have got it to you faster, it might be because the bank they originate the wire transfer through is in a region closer to where you live, in the same currency or something meaning the process takes a shorter period.

So no I don't think 5 working days is excessive. Unfortunately when you add in weekends it's a pain in the behind I do think 10 days is excessive if these are 10 working days but I am assuming they are stating "10 days" as being maximum including weekends. If not (i.e., they mean 10 working days) then their own processing of sending the wire transfer is likely to be holding it up. I would look at where the casino is operating from to ascertain whether this length of time is excessive. If it's from a similar/same place as other casinos that get you the money faster then play at the faster ones

Tomorrow will be the 5th business day, so i guess we'll see what happens then. I do know that when i have used a wire transfer before it does hop through another bank processor in southfield Michigan when it comes into the states, and then travels on to my bank, but i have still received a wire in 12 hours before, longest being 72 hours.

Just curious, is this a casino in the Rushmore group? For some reason their wires DO take forever. They always tell me me it can take up to 10 business days to reach my account....and it does usually take between 7-10 in my experience.

No its not, and like i said in first post, the casino does state 7-10 days for wire transfers. Although the email i received said 4-10 days. However, i still feel thats too long, when i know others, located in the same jurisdiction that have gotten to me in 12-72 hours. If i manage to get it today, i'll find it acceptable. 5 business days isnt horrible i guess, considering i'm in the US, but if i have to wait til sometime next week. Too long imo.

So i spoke to live chat, in hopes of getting a transaction tracking number of sorts for the wire that was sent on monday. I was told they don't have one, and never do. Odd considering everywhere i have withdrawn via wire has always had a tracking number. Titan, prior to being sold always sent me one, along with Lock before they had issues. However, this casino says no, I also asked them to confirm how long it takes to receive as the site says 7-10 business days, and the support said 7-10 days as well. however, my email that i received on monday said

    Dear

Thank you for your patience regarding your withdrawal and Congratulations on your winnings!

We wish to confirm that your withdrawal for $300 was processed today. It will then take between 4 - 10 working days to show up in your account.

Please note that we have waived no processing fee from our end (as per our rules - 1st payment per month is free, all additional in the same month cost $35), however, your bank and intermediary banks will also charge you a small fee for receiving the funds (approximately $20 - $30) for which we have no control over.

We kindly ask that you never disclose the details of this transaction when speaking with your bank i.e. that this transaction relates to winnings from your online casino account. Should you encounter any problems with this transaction, we advise that you contact us first to rectify any issue before going to your bank.

Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at the below-mentioned telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.

    Enjoy playing at

    Yours Sincerely,

I have taken off the casino name as i don't want to harm their name in the event that the email was simply a mistake with the 4 days. However when i was talking to support earlier, and i asked them why the email said 4 days, this is the response i receieved...

LC: Hello and welcome to our live chat service. How may I help you today?
justy34: Hi , i was wondering if you had any info on the wire transfer that was submitted to my bank on Monday.
justy34: Like a tracking number or confirmation number.
LC: We do not have a confirmation number, however the wire was sent 23rd August.
justy34: Yes i realize that, u guys done get a tracking number when its sent? everywhere else that i've gotten wires does, for tracking purposes.
    justy34: dont*
LC: The waiting period is 7-10 business you should see a transaction from Global services.
LC: There is not a confirmation number available at the moment.
justy34: How come the email i received from Zoe on the 23rd when it was processed said 4-10 days?
justy34: We wish to confirm that your withdrawal for $300 was processed today. It will then take between 4 - 10 working days to show up in your account.
justy34: is what the email states.
LC: My apologies 4-10 business days.
justy34: But your site states 7-10 business days, seems to be a bit of a discrepancy there.
justy34: I'm just curious, which is the correct time frame?
LC: Your withdrawal was sent the maximum time is 10 business days.
justy34: That doesnt really answer my question
justy34: I understand the max is 10 days, but if minimum is 7, then i might as well stop lookin at my bank for the deposit until at least tuesday of next week.
justy34: however if the minimum is 4 days, that means it could have shown up in my account as early as yesterday.
LC: The wire usually takes 7-10 business, there could of been an error in your confirmation email.
    justy34: Hmmm
LC: We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
LC: May I assist you with anything else today?
justy34: 7-10 business days is a long time for a wire but no i guess not, I sure hope it shows by next wed at the latest.
    LC: These are the terms.
justy34: See but there are no clear terms is my point, one says 4 days, one says 7
    justy34: but oh well i guess :-/
LC: We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
LC: May I assist you with anything else today?
justy34: no thanks, have a good day.
LC: Thank you for chatting. Good-bye.
LC: Enjoy playing in the casino!

Unfortunately i couldn't get a clear answer on how long a wire takes for sure, whether the terms are 4 days or 7 days minimum. Seems like if they are accredited, there would be a concise answer for this.
