I decided to play on jackpot capital because it is recommended here. so far the customer service has been horrible and very rude to me. I claimed the second deposit bonus called "warmwelcome" and it wouldnt work because apparently you have to deposit a minimum of 20.00 which was never told to me. I read through the entire email and also the coupon details in the cashier and there was never a mention of any minimum deposit. I am very upset and won't be playing here anymore. Besides the fact thier website claims you can get a 75% bonus on your second deposit which the casino told me yesterday didn't even exist and that I can only claim what is available at the moment. I got the email today for the second deposit bonus code "Warmwelcome", why couldn't they give this to me yesterday when their website states you are able to get 75% bonus on your second deposit??? Either they are very confused or just trying to scam me. Nonetheless i will quickly gamble this $10.00 away and never look back.

On my birthday I received an email that said " come claim your $25 B-day bonus!!!"
I used the code they gave me and it wouldn't work so I went to live help and the guy said "that code was expired" (it was on my birthday)...he gave me $5 LOL.....LOL....hehehe needless to say , That didn't last long .......... but ....... it WAS free

I have since played there a couple of times but with no luck....

Apparently it is how all their coupons work! You have to deposit a minimum of 20.00 to claim any bonus. They were much more helpful on the telephone. I just think trying to talk to people on live chat is a bad idea. I still think it would have been nice if they explained this to me prior to me depositing, but I know for future reference that you should contact support before using any bonus code to find out all the details, including the hidden traps. I use to play on allslots for like 5 years prior to them shoving all us U.S. customers to jackpot capital. I guess I need to give them a chance because if their recommended on here I am hoping that they are legit.

I agree Pokerdan, i always try to phone when i can and its usually toll free with less hassle.

Im glad your giving them a second chance, i cant remember one player never being paid by JPC and alot of players will ateat to the fact that they are a good casino while some may not like them, its how you the player feels that matters most.

With online casinos, its like taking a leap of faith if you are in the US and we need to find the good ones to put our trust in.

I managed to build my measly 10.00 bankroll up to $100.00, now i am happy i didn't get a bonus LOL.. taking a break to go play somewhere else for a while. Thanks

I'm glad to hear you are giving them a second chance. They have been very good to me. Payouts are like clockwork as long as they have your documents on file. Customer support has always been great.

lemme back up here and do the "right " thing.
..when I did win at jackpot capital...I didn't have any problems cashing out.
However , I cashed out when i did NOT take a bonus ...so I am not qualified to answer on that issue...

I didn't intend to imply that jackpot capital was rouge or even that they have cash out issues ...

what I DID comment on was the fact that I have received MISLEADING Bonus offers in the past...
