    Circus casino withdrawl

Hey I was wondering if someone could explain what this 2nd email message below means I have been playing casino for 4 weeks and deposited £160 by debit card in first 3 weeks.Yesterday I tried making my first withdrawl £160,it takes 4 working days its available for reverse withdrawl and is then processed. Not the greatest prefer instant withdrawl ,are all playtech casino the same??.

But today I recieved 2 emails
1.one asking for my identification copy of debit card and photo i.d,was fine with this done it before with other mg casinos.
    2.The second email says this:
"We have received your withdrawal request. Please note that before funds can be credited to your account, we must first verify receipt of such funds. Consequently, there is a verification period of between six to fourteen business days. The length of this period varies slightly depending on your deposit method. When we verify that your funds have arrived, we will continue processing your withdrawal. This current withdrawal request does not apply to any future deposits. Please note that clearance is needed only on deposits made before and on the date of your request. When your withdrawal is processed, you will receive notification by e-mail."

Maybe this is normal for playtech casinos but it just seems giving them money is instant no hassles and dont care where it comes from. But trying 2 get mony back is like gettin blood out of a stone!! A possible 14 days is a joke!

Thanks for the heads up! I have thought about depositing at Circus, but a four day pending period is just too much. I know most playtech's do the same, but I guess the fact they're listed here made me think otherwise.

I recommend you try Bet365, they paid me a $5K+ withdrawal in just a few hours the other day.

Hmmm. On the reverse time, I had 12 hours and got a cashout in 24, although admittedly that was last year. This is run by Genting who havea good rep in land-based so I can't imagine they would put their customers through a 4 day reverse/cashout period.

On the second point, I could see that is possible for credit card deposits because of chargebacks, also for some countries that are deemed "high risk", but a debit card from Scotland seems odd.

And no, this period of waiting isn't normal for Playtech casinos, although some like Mansion do as for signed verification on card deposits the first time. And although 4 days processing is the default there are plenty that do 48, 24 or even quicker.

I have a contact at Circus - I'll alert him to this thread to see if we can get a response.

    Ok thanks.
But Ive just checked my account and my withdrawl is not available to reverse so i guess it has maybe been processed,24hrs. Even though i defo got a message telling me it would be available for reverse for 4 days?,this may be an error on there end. But as for the up to 14 working days verification period, I will just have 2 wait see what happens there.

I've played at Circus and the main reason is because they DON'T have the 4 day pending like most other Playtechs. The others (that I know of) are Bet365 and BetFred.

    Clearing up Genting/Circus Withdrawal Situ

    Hi all,

My name's Al and I'm the affiliate manager at Genting/Circus. Our withdrawals are processed the following business day after a player has made a withdrawal request, so within 24 hours.

    Cheers all

Hi Al, welcome to the forum.
I can confirm having played at Genting the payouts are in my moneybookers account within 24-48 hours from withdrawal request.
Unfortunately they do not flush withdrawals manually or process over the weekends but they are reasonably quick and have excellent CS.

Al, can you confirm when Genting will have the Marvel slots and is there any chance you will consider manual flush of withdrawals in the future to loyal players?

The following business day ,you say? I was asked by Circus to send physical notarized copies to some address in philipines in order to be paid. It is supposed to cost me a lot of money to notarize and then send by express mail these type of documents. Also it is somehow seems to be risky. And the last...it will take , I suppose, 24 days at least and not 24 hours as you state.
