The email could have been better explained, if that's all there is to it (there may have been a history of communications we are not privvy to), but then again a casino is a business and it has every right to pick and choose who it allows through the door, just like a land casino, a shop or a cafe. Plus, it's a little unfair on the loyal 3Dice players who play there and then come up against lots of freebie hunters who only turn up to win their freeroll prizes and then p*ss off again.

It's a bit like buying a coffee in a cafe one time only, then going back every day to sit and read the newspaper without ever buying anything and taking up a seat that a paying customer might like to use IMO. Pretty sure you'd be chucked out of there soon too

Enzo could have written the same thing with alot more professionalism and tact and gotten his message across.

But we don't know the history here Anniemac. That email might be the culmination of a previous conversation for all we know. I would guess that 3Dice would at least have asked the player to contribute a bit more rather than just straight terminate the account - after all a depositor is valuable, so my gut instinct says there was a conversation prior to this email and all we're seeing is the end-game. How many times have we seen a complaint that at first appears unreal only to find out there is more to it than meets the eye? Maybe the OP or Enzo will enlighten us.

Sorry but I think the email is awesome. "Roach Coaching" best thing ive heard in a while. Thats always been my complaint about 3dice, too many freeloaders. Simmos explanation is also right on. I am a depositing player and really cant figure out how some people spend days at a time in that chat waiting for a free tourney. Im sure lots of you are nice people, but seriously get a life.

OK for the historical record, the OP posted an email supposedly from 3Dice saying his account had been closed at 3Dice for not depositing enough. Then deleted the post and said there was no email sent (see first post).

Total waste of time that was (although at least it serves as a reminder not to take complaints at face value until the facts are known I guess).
