    Exclamation New RTG SlotsJungle, caution.

I got a promo for a new RTG casino slotsjungle so out of curiosity visited their site.
I could find no mention of a license at all, not even on their fair gaming page so off I went to live chat.
    Here is the transcript;

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Casino Support'

Casino Support: Welcome to Slots Jungle, how may I assist you?

you: Hi, could you tell me who you are licensed by?

Casino Support: it sys on the web site

you: I can't find it, could you tell me or is it a secret

Casino Support: i dont remember , check it on the web site

you: I just told you I have looked and can not find it

you: Give me a link or perhaps ask someone

    Casino Support: One moment please.

    you:
    thanks

Casino Support: otsJungle Casino <SlotsJungle.com > SlotsJungle.com is owned and operated by Regalbar Limited

you: right, that links to the webpage
I have checked under fair gaming and there is no mention of a license
    Just your TST certificate
    Are you licensed at all?

    Casino Support:
    yes we r

    you: Cool
    Who by?

    Casino Support: bye

    you: bye?
It is a reasonable thing to want to know, yes?

Casino Support: SlotsJungle.com is owned and operated by Regalbar Limited

you: I know, do you understand what I am asking you?
    There are many licensing jurisdictions
Normally a Casino states where they are licensed
Gibraltar or Costa Rica or whatever

Casino Support: you need to send your request to supportatslotsjungle.com

you: OK I will try that.

Anyway just for fun I sent them an email to see if I would get a reply and to my surprise I did - here it is.

    Hi ******,

SlotsJungle is owned and operated by RegalBar, who is licensed in the UK.

    SLOTSJUNGLE

    Customer Support

I thought that pretty unlikely so headed of to the UKGC site to check.
I found no entries for RegalBar or SlotsJungle Casino.

This company also owns winPalace casino another RTG and Mayflower Casino which has the Topgame software.

None of these sites have any license information either.

Be cautious of playing at these casinos or others from this company unless they can provide evidence that they are licensed in the UK.

It looks very likely to me this is yet another company that claims to be licensed in the UK but is talking through their 10 Gallon hat.
The company is registered in the UK but that means nothing.

    Yeehawwww

    Hi,

The info given to you is correct, but without the answer to your actual question.

Our brands, Winpalace, Slotsjungle, CasinoTitan are all licensed in Curacao.

Info regarding the owner, RegalBar Ltd, is correct and they are a British company.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

I disagree, the information given regarding the ownership is totally misleading at best given the context of the question (where are you licensed?) and dishonest at worse.
RegalBar do not have a remote gaming license in the UK and none of the Casinos are licensed in the UK or even a whitelisted jurisdiction.

I regard Curcao as a step up from Costa Rica though so why is there no mention of your gaming license on any of your sites - not even on the fair play page?
If Curacao had been listed I would of just shrugged and not bothered with this thread.

I agree, it should be stated in the same line and I've already passed it through.

Btw, on the documents we send to our partner that promote us this info is stated, but it should be on the sites as well.

    Regards,
    Daniel

What a joke of a casino. Check out this term from Slot Jungle's website. No way would I play there.

"All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days. You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department."

    Hi,

I was doing there, a small deposit and have made a withdrawal.

I just want the documents sent as is now five days ago and I still have no confirmation that my account will receive free of disbursements is.

In the live chat is always saying I should just write an email.

It's only a small amount but actually I'm very unhappy there.

    Regards
