Hi iam just wondering if anybody has had any problems with SEGA casino? I only joined casino just over 24 hours ago was playing THE HOUSE OF DEAD slot, which i think is exclusive to this casino and I activated the free spin feature.I didnt win anything to write home about ,£5. Then carried on spinning then I glanced at my balance which was lower than I expected.So I stopped playing and checked my game history and found the bonus has not been paid(start bal 21.86 end balance 21.86)

1.I tried live chat was waiting 15mins but nobody there
2.I tried phoning and after 30 seconds was told i was first in cue and after 30 mins on hold still first in cue.Hung up!
3.I then sent an email and recieved my ticket confirmation and that i would have a reply within 24hrs am still waiting!

Its just aswell I didnt chose to claim my welcome bonus(play-thru 50x deposit+bonus ,no thanks!) would still be waiting to play!

They are called lucky spins. They basically just add a multiplier to the next 10 spins, so it may well be that you won the same amount that 10 spins costs. For example 5 won with a 0.5 betsize.
It should be the same game as Greatest Odyssey.

Okay thats a new one for me, but i understand it now thanks,
So multiplier was x2,10 spins staked £5.00 in total on 10 "unlucky" spins and won £4.08 so lost 0.92,not the best "bonus" ive had! But thats my luck!
