    RTG Central dispute site

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether this site accepts complaints from RTG casinos that don't appear on the pull down list on the complaint form? The reason I ask is that I went to make a complaint and noticed that the casino I have a problem with isn't on the list. In fact the list is quite small. Am I missing something here?

    Hi there mycat!

Have you tried looking at the casino website for a link to CDS?

As you said the list of casinos is short. Inetbet is not there, but then I remembered seeing something about CDS on the Inetbet website.
Theres a link directing you to the Inetbet form at CDS, in their FAQs.

    Might be worth a shot.

Edit: Just checked another casino (will be unnamed since it's not recommended here). Same deal, not listed at CDS but does have a direct link from the casino website.

If you are at the point where you need to use CDS, you might as well out them here to warn others. Would you mind telling more?
Could you PAB here, or is it a "no go" casino?

Probably best not to publicly name them yet. I wouldn't class them as a complete out and out rogue yet. They just won't give me my money at the moment.

Refre was correct by the way you need to click on the CDS logo on their site.

If you click on the CDS link on their website it will take you to a place where you can place a complaint about them as the previous poster mentioned. This happened to me and that is what I found to be the case.

This does not explain why these casinos do not appear on their drop down list. The whole thing looks shady to me. Surely a central dispute system should make itself easily available to players, NOT cloak the system in such a way as to make it hard for players to lodge a complaint unless they "know the system".
