    Rival Changes Flush Method

Took about 40 minutes to understand the new process. Basically they flush it on their end, still shows up as reversible (and is reversible) in the cashier screen, and accounting has to manually take it out.

    What a bunch of BS.

Nina: Welcome to casino Live Chat. How may I help you?
Me: I would like my withdrawal at Vegas Regal flushed. Account Me, email Me1@comcast.net
    Nina: Thank you for holding.
Nina: Your withdrawal is flushed as requested
Nina: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: Do you also handle Tropica casino support?
Me: Wait, my withdrawal still shows as reversible
Nina: Yes we do. We handle each casino at a time however
Me: Ok, my Vegas Regal withdrawal is still reversible in the cashier
Nina: Please allow me to inform you that changes have been made and that a withdrawal can now be reversed until it has been checked and approved by accounting department
Me: So that means you can't flush them anymore?
    Me: ?
Nina: Yes, it has been flushed
Me: No, it still shows as reversible
Nina: Flushing may speed up a withdrawal process and allow you to make further deposits sooner
Me: I'm looking in the cashier - still there as reversible
Nina: But it will not guarantee that the withdrawal will be processed right away
    Me: I understand that
Me: What I'm saying is that it still shows as reversible
info: There may be a problem communicating with Nina. Please wait while your chat is transferred to another operator.
info: You are now chatting with 'Nina'
    Nina: Thank you for holding.
Me: Were you trying to transfer me to someone else?
Nina: No, I was not. window shut off fro some reason., But I am back
    Me: OK
Me: But do you see that my withdrawal is still reversible?
Nina: I understand what you were explaining before.
Nina: The withdrawal can now be reversed until it has been checked and approved by accounting department. So until then you will be able to see it as reversible
Me: So why is it not working?
    Me: You already said that
Me: So you personally can not flush it right?
Nina: Yes, I have flushed it. Flushing Might speed up the process, but the cashout has not yet been looked into and approved by accounting.
Nina: When it has been looked into and approved by accounting you wil lno longer see it in the cashier as reversible
Me: But I can't claim another promotion and make a new deposit while it is sitting there as reversible now?
    Nina: I'm afraid not, correct
Me: So what did you mean when you said you flushed it?
    Me: ?
Me: Nina, are you still here?
Nina: Flushing may speed up a withdrawal process and allow you to make further deposits sooner
    Me: I understand that
    Me: Stop repeating yourself
Nina: But this time, not as soon as you are used too
Me: So you didn't flush it???
Me: You are really confusing me
Me: Can you get a manager to chat with me?
    Me: Or a supervisor?
    Me: ?
Nina: Mangers may only be reached through email
    Nina: One moment please.
Me: This chat has been going on for at least 20 minutes
Me: And we are not any further along than when I started it
Me: You said you flushed it
Me: What does that mean since nothing happened on my end in the cashier?
Me: I don't want pretyped text
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to Me1@comcast.net at the end of your chat.
    Nina: Thank you for holding.
Nina: The supervisor will speak to you now
    Me: I'm tired of holding
    Me: ok
info: Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Chris'.
info: You are now chatting with 'Chris'
    Chris: Hello
    Me: Hi
    Me: I'm really getting mad
Me: Do you understand what I am asking
Me: regarding the flush of my withdrawal?
Me: Nina said she flushed it
    Me: It's not flushed!
Chris: yes I have seen your chat and I can see that you have been provided with the correct information
    Chris: yes it is
Me: Why do I see it in the cashier?
Chris: and as she has explained already you will keep on seeing it until accounting gets to it
Me: Then what did she mean when she said
    Me: I FLUSHED IT
    Chris: It is FLUSHED
Chris: Flushing Might speed up the process, but the cashout has not yet been looked into and approved by accounting
Me: So I can deposit and claim a promotion without reversing my withdrawal?
    Chris: yes
    Me: Is this something new
Chris: yes it is that is what Nina advised you also earlier
Me: Ok, well I'll try to claim a promotion with a deposit and see what happens
    Chris: Okay
Me: You have pending withdrawals that can be reversed instead of depositing. You must reverse your pending withdrawals before being able to deposit.
    Me: So I can't deposit
Me: You can't flush it anymore for whatever reason and accounting has to do it?
Chris: I was just going to mention that if you get an error message and the system is not allowing you to deposit evendo it has been flushed then you will have to wait for accounting to approve the withdrawal
Chris: but the flushing is already done
    Me: The flushing is done
Chris: si it will speed up the process a bit
    Chris: yes
    Chris: that is done already
Me: So the term flushing is now different
    Me: Flushed at your end
    Me: Not on mine
    Me: Right?
Chris: yes that is correct as Nina explained to you when we flush it now it will speed up the process
Chris: yes you can see it like that
Me: ok now I see it
Me: Just took a long time to get there!
Me: So what is the general turn around time for accounting to get it out of there?
Chris: well we have not been updated with that information as yet as this is a new system
    Me: Must be real new
    Chris: yes it is
    Me: Like a couple days?
    Chris: that is correct
    Me: I see
Me: I would like to make a suggestion
    Chris: sure
Me: Tell customers that request a flush, that it is flushed on your end, the customer will see it still in the cashier, and accounting needs to move it out
Me: That would have made instant sense to me
Chris: sure we will take it into consideration
Me: Ok because pre typed text does nothing
    Me: very frustrating
    Me: But I understand
Me: And will wait for accounting
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to Me1@comcast.net at the end of your chat.
Chris: O now in these cases we do not use pretyped text
Me: Ok, but did you read where I was not getting a direct answer?
Me: Maybe Nina was thinking I knew about how it worked, but I didn't
Me: Anyway, I need to go. I understand the process but not happy with it. Goodbye

Despite the crappy change, it has sped up payments. It's consistently close to 2 days BUT this now includes weekends.

This applies for Vegas Regal and Tropicana.
