Vegas Regal - Bad news :(

some may slate me for saying about this... but this experience has actually made me think negative about vrc and I shall no longer be loyal to them....

I racked up a total withdrawl of $150ish...

cashed out and specifically told them to make sure its flushed and to make a note of it that it can never ever be reversed... they said it had been done (xander was the guy in support i believe)

Anyways, A few days later I had a request for a faxback form... no problem

I had been away recently so didnt have time to send the faxback form...

tonight I get home and had planned to send it in to them tomorrow...

I check my vrc account and the full withdrawl amount is reversible

Of course we all know what happened then? I reversed it all and lost...

its not about me reversing it and losing... that was my choice...

However I had specifically told them to make sure my withdrawl was FLUSHED and made so it could never be reversed which they agreed to.

It shouldnt matter how long it took me to send in the "faxback" forms... because afterall I had already told them to make sure the withdrawl is flushed and made so it can never be reversed...

First of all, even with flushed withdrawals at Rival, you can always request for them to be reinstated back into your account. However, in your case, if you had never requested for it to be reinstated the amount should not appear in the pending withdrawals section.

Did you actually check whether your withdrawal was flushed when you requested it? It should have been instant. Otherwise, it is possible that they didnt flush it for you at all.

yea... i cashed out... it was reversible... then after saying to support to flush it and make sure it can never be reversed it was not listed under the cashier as reversible

it was a specific request because i know what happens when something is made to be reversible... 80% of players reverse and lose it... this why i asked them to not only flush it but to make sure it can never ever be reversed which they said was done

Thanks for the panic attack! I thought they were going out of business or something.

I always check to see if a withdrawal is flushed. Never had a problem though...

    hehehe,

well yeh thats what always happened previously there, always flushed no probs,

it jsut makes no sence to me how i ask for it to be flushed and a note added to it saying its never to be reversed... then i saw in the account it wasnt under the reversable withdraw pannel... but then days later when im about to send the faxback form its on my account as reversible... hmmm

Yeah, I too thought they were going out of business when I saw the title of the thread. VR is the only place I still play at nowadays and if I am lucky to win from their free chips I deposit and lose 'em back lol. For the others I am not comfortable depositing with my own money.

Since I had 3 pending withdrawals, you can imagine my panic at the title!

Huh that's funny, because just yesterday Xander told me it was not possible

I think you have to take full credit (responsibility)

I don't think it's really fair to blame the casino for your reversing and losing it or to start a thread with such a title. It's like me blaming the person who put the cookies out for me eating too many and getting sick. Let's take some personal responsibility here.
