i had a very good run and played till 11pm non stop winning a bit then loosing but never redepositing just playing with funds in my account
so thats 7 hrs non stop (give and take a few mins to make a cuppa) at £1.50 a spin
eventually i got bored and stopped playing to find my comps for the whole session was only 383
i asked support and he said its 1 point for every £10 wagered which for the time i was playing just doesnt seem right
also i had a look at playcheck and none of the £50 + spins i won showed up and most sessions said i hadnt played
i agree im not used to
mg comps point system and definately cant understand playcheck but im sure i should have more comps
does this sound normal???
cheers phil
It should be 1 point per £10 wagered. 383 points would result from wagering £3830. This would take over 2000 spins at £1.50, which would take over 2 hours even on the fastest autoplay setting.
The spin rate on these slots is not as fast as with the older ones, and it can seem like you are playing far more through than you are.
An alternative to Playcheck is to check the in-game "stats" before leaving the game to see how many spins you have played.
Next session, check your comps before playing, count spins with "stats", and calculate your total amount wagered using "stake x spins". Log off, and allow the systems to catch up. Next day is best, since I have noticed that some casinos only update comps once per day, usually overnight.
Find how many points have been earned, and check that it represents 1 point per £10 played. If not, you have the hard evidence to prove it.
