Sega Casino/Click&buy so much trouble over £10

    Evening,

haven't posted in a while, had a rest from gambling but today decided to deposit £10 at Sega casino.

My card for some reason got refused so i used 'Clickandbuy' if you've used it you'll know that you give some details before you actually register (silly when i think about it), which i did. I entered my Visa Secure password but after the next page i decided i didn't want to carry on in case i get charged for the card attempts (has happened before) there wasn't a cancel button so i closed the screen.

Next thing i do is check my statement (I'd checked it a few minutes previous to entering details at Clickandbuy) and to my surprise, they'd taken the £10. But because i didn't register it was 'floating about' somewhere. I then registered using the same details hoping it'd be in my new account but nothing.

What to do? I've emailed Clickandbuy but hopefully this isn't the first time. Seems like a lot of hassle/stress wondering if they'll charge me more, if i'll get it back etc.

    Thanks.

    [Edit]

Seems to have gone back into my bank account. Can i keep this open in case it goes back out please.

    Thanks again.

Something similar happened to me booking online for Thorpe Park. The VISA secure page crashed after entering my password, and the transaction didn't complete. I emailed Thorpe Park, who found no trace their end, and told me to repeat the process. I didn't have to take this any further, since I was not double charged. It looks like the same has happened in your case, the transaction was authorised, but never completed, so it "dropped" after a while, and the £10 went back into your available credit, where it should stay.

Confirm this by checking in a few days, and again when you get your statements.
