casino titan no service, no pay.

i've always been a casino titan fan....fast cashouts and great service. since they were sold, the service has gone downhill big time.

now on sunday i was lucky enough to cashout $2000 again for the second time in 2 weeks. last time i had my money in my bank via bank wire(only way they pay out now) within 3 days....awesome!

now i'm on day 6 and it's still just sitting in my account, not even approved yet!

4 emails to the finance dept. later and, not one reply. then i get told since they were sold i need to send docs in again. been 24 hours since i sent them, still no email from them.

so i guess what i'm trying to say here is, i'm really ticked off that a casino i liked so much and played alot at, suddenly isn't that casino anymore. and i'm stuck hoping to get paid in a reasonable amount of time.

At least Bryan was instinctive enough to pull them from the accredited list. Apparently when they were sold he knew they would go in shitter. Sorry to hear about your delay. As soon as I found out they had been sold to that other company I immediately closed my account there.

yeah it's too bad, i was wondering why all of sudden titan was giving such big coupons. even on all the loses i had since last cashout i had alot of playtime, that's all i can ask for.

now the search starts again for a good reliable good bonus rtg casino.

The other casinos in this group are slow payers, so Casino Titan following suit should be no surprise.

Its a resl shame they were bought out by this Group who run some of the worst casinos on the net. I wont play there again.

All I can say is thank god for this forum otherwise I would have never known about this turn of events. Casino Titan is uninstalled on my computer. Its a pity I really liked this casino. The number of good casinos for US players is shrinking rapidly.
Its a bad state of affairs when casinos can't stay on the accredited list for more than a year.
