I won some money from my cashback- still im unhappy

Since the gamblinglaw in Norway ended the use of my creditcard I started using entropay as it looked the simplest.

I played a lot at allslots as Entropay was an accepted deposit method.

Today I received my 10% cashback, and started lowrolling 0.45$ bets at Breakdabankagain. I hit 5 bars with wild giving a 500$ win.

Overjoyed as I have no money at the moment I went to cashier to withdraw.

I confirmed the 500 and the entropay method was not listed. Only my old Visacard.

I contact support, and they said Entropay was a valid method. I had to send an email with a screenshot, so I did.

Now I received the answer that Entropay cant be used for withdrawing, but they could send me a check.

But will a check go through to a bank when there is a gamblinglaw?
Wouldnt that be as useless as using a creditcard?

Im so pissed off right now.

Why accept a method for depositing when the same method cant be used for withdrawing?

This is a valid complaint IMO. It seems casinos want our money in any form they can get it but on the back end , they don't take the time to have the same offerings to return your monies.

Why is that? Because they can and all they want are deposits. Knowing that you cannot withdraw with the same method doesn't seem to bother them one bit, which it should.

I guess they are hoping you get so angry you will reverse it and end up without any funds at all to withdraw which will solve THEIR problem in how to deal with YOUR problem ...getting your monies..

This should be one of the accreditation requirements IMO..If they offer a depositing method, it should also be a withdrawal method otherwise do not offer it.

    Very, very bad actions IMO..

That's why I dont think King Solomons should be accredited. Sometime in 2007 they allowed MB deposits but wouldnt let me withdraw with the same method. Clearing checks are costly and I wouldnt do it for only a $100 withdrawal when it costs $35 up to do so. So I went for broke and really went broke.

The same group that some years ago only paid my deposits (25+50) back to Neteller and the rest by cheques that cost 35€ a piece to cash in and one of them wasnt even for the full amount (some "courier" fee deducted, it still took almost 2 weeks to get it).

They probably still use Proc-Cyber so be aware that you can get a cheque written in a currency that doesnt exist (happened once).
Cant they wire the sum to you? Its the year 2010 we live in, not 1990.

Plus from their banking page where it clearly states that Entropay is good for withdrawals

Is it Illegal to gamble online in Norway? If so a cheque could be seized and monies forfeited to your Government. Not a good Idea to post on a public forum where a rep from the casino can see it. You broke the T/C so really they don't have to pay SFA.

Its not illegal to gamble. But the banks in Norway are not allowed to process funds that has transaction code 7995 ( gambling)

Many Norwegians are frustrated as many has had their card declined in restaurants and shops abroad, because the restaurant was associated to a casinobrand

It clearly states that Entropay is good for withdrawals, and thats the main reason I stuck to Allslots and few other casinos that have this method available.

If I knew it was not avvailable for withdrawal, Allslots would never have gotten my countless deposits. Which is far more than I won. Maybe I should post a complain demanding a refund for all my play since the 1. july when I started using this method

The law only applies to electronic payments, so it should not be a problem. There are no merchant category codes for cheques.

Edit: I received a cheque from Proc-Cyber 1 or 2 years ago, and had no problems with it. It was drawn on Norwegian bank, so no foreign cheque fee.

Also, I can recommend EcoCard as an alternative to Entropay. Like Entropay, they still take VISA, and fees are a little lower.

I'd ask Allslots what name (sender) appears on the cheque. If its not a gambling related which it probably isn't, there's a good chance you'll be fine I would have thought.

Why did they say Entropay was not a valid method?

Why did they say Entropay was not a valid method?
When I tried to withdraw and didnt find the entropay as an option, I contacted Live support. They said it was a valid method, and asked me to send a screenshot.
Hours later I received an email from jackpotfactory:

Thank you for contacting All Slots Casino regarding your withdrawal

After further investigation we can confirm that Entropay is not a withdrawal option and therefore we would like your approval to receive the withdrawal by a check in Euro currency. Please choose the check option when making your withdrawal and inform us with your approval to process by Euro check.

Not saying why it wasnt a valid method

As I pushed the reply button, I got another mail saying its a valid method afterall.

Please ignore any prior advice regarding Entropay. We can confirm that Entropay is indeed a valid withdrawal option. Please go to the Banking section and request a withdrawal with payment to be made to your *Visa account ending in xxxx. There is no need to search for the name “Entropay,” as such. Please enter an alternative method of payment just in case you are unable to select the specified Visa account, and then complete the withdrawal. After you have done that, please contact by replying to this email to let us know that you have made your withdrawal, and we will immediately will refer your withdrawal to our financial department to monitor and process the request
But still my problem is that the card number from entropay doesnt appear on the dropdown menu
