There are threads on casinomeister.com about how tight you and most of the RTG sites have become on slots. It's ashame because whomever decided this , its going to cost the casinos on the long run.
Another major flaw you have is having limits on how much one can cashout on a bonus, sorry but thats just ridiculous.
So i goto my login and I get a message saying " You are not allowed to login, please contact customer service"

Customer service is very friendly and attentive... as I always track my blackjack hand statistics and RTG only allows to see the latest 20 hands online I often requested them to send me my playing history for periods of a few weeks. They always delivered this promptly.
But thats an industry wide trend which hopefully will cost them in the end so many players that they have to think on reverting it and it has nothing to do with service and support quality of the casinos.
Not a very professional way to handle things, and I didnt think I would hurt anyones feeling by that email i sent. How will they know how their players feel if we dont express ourselves to them if we are unhappy?
